Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

Overall, we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel offers a generous breakfast and dinner buffet with plenty of variety, which we really enjoyed. The location is convenient. There is a supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the minibus stop is located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. The swimming pool was excellent, with plenty of sun loungers available, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. However, there were also some disappointing aspects. The hotel had very few facilities and activities available. Most activities required advance reservations, and there was not much entertainment within the hotel itself. The staff were friendly, but many of them seemed very young and inexperienced. As a result, the overall management and service did not always meet the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. The drinks were also quite expensive, and unfortunately the quality did not justify the price. For example, we ordered a strawberry milkshake, but after waiting around 20 minutes, we were told that the necessary ingredients were out of stock. Situations like this are disappointing, especially when staying at a hotel that advertises itself as a five-star property. That said, if your main goal is to relax, enjoy the beach, and have a peaceful holiday, this is still a good place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in July 202! 😊 The room was good, and the staff was VERY attentive. The rooftop pool is a very pleasant place to spend time – not too many people. The location is wonderful, right on the promenade, which is convenient for walks. The promenade is bustling 24/7, with fishermen catching fish 😁. I really liked the pool in the spa, the water was super nice 😍. For breakfast, there was a good selection from the menu – various egg dishes and pancakes. All in all, the Marriott, as always, did not disappoint!

酒店房間非常寬敞，陽台視野絕佳，整體衞生很乾凈，住起來十分舒適。酒店沙灘很美，整體環境很舒適，很適合來度假。早上可以躺在床上看日出，就是日出方向不是在海面，在山上。

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

Мы пожилая пара: 61 и 62 года. В отеле провели зимой в январе 2026 года три незабываемых дня. Термальные бассейны великолепны. Находиться в них рекомендуется не дольше 15 минут. Оба 40-41 градус по цельсию. Но один находится в помещениеи и там струи бьюит как в джакузи, а другой на улице! И это очаровательно! Все ходят в куртках, а ты купаешься в горячей воде с видом на пальму! Есть еще детский отдельный бассейн с горками и взрослый бассейн. В них температура воды 31 градус. И вода в них не минеральная. Имеется хамам общий и приватный для пенного скраба. Мне не очень глянулся хамам - мраморный стол еле-еле теплый. Персонал выше всех похвал. Все очень доброжелательны, услужливы. Питание отличное. Разнообразное и вкусное. Хотелось попробовать всё! Я не знаю, может быть, если проживать там месяц, может, и надоест. Но мы были очень довольны. Было прохладно, мы ходили к морю просто посмотреть пляж. Отличный белый песочек. На улице на территории три бассейна. Два для купания, один для фонтанов. Видели вечером, как по одному из уличных бассейнов ползал в воде робот-мойщик. Так же я брала один массаж Бали на 50 минут. Милая массажистка-индонезийка. Похоже, ей понравились мои светлые волосы. Под конец массажа она их долго гладила, а потом заплела в две косички, а потом их в одну. Забавно. Что супер-массаж не скажу. Размяла ступни и кисти, остальное все гладила. Из достопримечательностей в округе Алачаты и Чешме. Так как мы были на машине, для нас добраться туда и туда было делом пяти минут. Парковка отеля, кстати, общая с находящимся вплотную аквапарком. А вообще так выходишь на улицу из отеля - гулять негде особо. Улица и улица. До Алачаты 5 км, дойти можно при желании. Но идти придется вдоль оживленной дороги. А от самого отеля самые приятные впечатления, хоть и не очень новенький он. Двери обшарпанные в ванную, но сантехникак работала безупречно. Так что мне эти двери? Кровати удобные. Вид с балкона потрясающий. Из минусов, пожалуй, только отсутствие ютуба в телевизоре. Остальное супер. Даже живая музыка в холле по выходным.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the train station. It's also not too far from the beach, reachable with a pleasant walk through a bustling market. A delightful surprise was the complimentary hammam and sauna services. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, providing disposable toothbrushes and extra blankets upon request. My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small, making it challenging to open two large suitcases simultaneously. It feels more suited for individual business travelers or those looking for a simple transit stay.

On my way back from Milan, I decided to stay in Izmir for the evening. Ms. Cansu and Ms. Yağmur at the reception, and the gentleman who was there in the evening (I can't recall his name, but he brought my luggage to my room), the lady who greeted me at the Turkish bath, and the four gentlemen and one lady at the restaurant were all incredible! I've never in my life seen such kind people and such a wonderful welcome! I'm so glad I chose to stay there; the hotel was amazing in every way. So grateful to have encountered all of you wonderful staff members! 🙏
