The place is nice and clean… although foods are expensive and other activities that you need to pay for is also pricey. I also booked for 1 king size bed + 1 single bed.. but they gave us 1 king size bed room only and added an extra bed instead. My 7yo only ate 3 pcs of bread and asking me to pay half of the buffet rate. This is our first time to stay here at Pico Sands Hotel, I did not the enjoy the experience tbh

I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Tagaytay, especially for couples or families looking for a peaceful retreat.

Overall, the experience was good, except for the parking area, which I think you need to work with. Since that is on a first-come, first-served basis, but too small to accommodate all the vehicles checked in at the hotel.

We stayed here, and it was excellent, great layout, lovely and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. We ate in the restaurant and it was excellent quality and value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Huge difference between premium room and executive suites. Seems like it's due to the old and new wing. Definitely not a 4 star hotel for this premium room.

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊 The overall experience was good. We will be back again.

This was an amazing experience even for an overnyt stay. The staff is truly exceptional in making guests feel very comfortable with their warmest and very friendly manner of welcoming from the beginning till our check out. The food is great, very delicious and simply appetizing. I highly recommend this hotel for a great and relaxing stay for solo travellers, friends and the whole family.
