The hotel is close to the center, but it is a little noisy of traffic. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, match the photos shown. Baths need more hygiene and support on showers, channels. Breakfast is good. The staff is very responsive. The internet in the rooms and the lobby is very good. The price -quality ratio is very good.

Hotel has great location and sea view rooms,but nothing more. Situated in the Altinova neighborhood, 5-6 km from city, but there are minibuses/in blue color/ for 8,5 Turkish lira (price in one direction ) to catch and to reach city center, the sea alley and fish restaurants and other places nearby. Staff is friendly and responsible, mostly young people. They speak tolerable and understandable English. Very helpful reception staff. Rooms are old fashioned , need repair and replacement of the furniture in the bathroom,mainly. The faucets and shower fausets are old and uncleaned, there is no need for bathtub I think,the cistern was moving when sitting ,and please be careful with hair drier it's old too. There were clean towels, hot water ,dispensers with soap and shower gel. The room was not cleaned on the next day, I was for 2 nights staying. Breakfast is quite good , but not for the coffee, you can drink good coffee in the city cafes, and there is Mado on the sea alley. Had an organized dinner, can't tell for the food in the restaurant. You can eat anywhere in the hood or in the city. Please try balik ekmek (fish sandwich) or Tekirdag kufte (minced meat). Hotel is at the beach. The sand is a little bit black, beach is not cleaned from the algae after the rain when we stayed there . And there is a channel that flows into the sea few meters from the hotel. This hotel desperately needs repair and renovation!

Bir Koç çalışanı olarak nerede bir Divan görsem öncelik vermeye çalışırım burada da aynısını yaptım. Bir önceki konaklamam Haziran ayındaydı ve odada klima sonuna kadar açık olmasına rağmen oda sıcaklığı 28 dereceleri buldu yani zor bir gece gecirmiştim dün ise tekrar geldim bir şans daha vermek istedim fakat ne göreyim aynı problem devam ediyor hem de yazın ortasında… Resepsiyon sağolsun oda değişikliği yaptı bu sefer de klimadan düdüklü tencere gibi ses geliyordu son kez bir değişiklik daha yaptık bu sefer yine ses vardı ama bir önceki odaya göre bir tık iyiydi. Sabaha kadar 18 derecede full açık olan klima odayı zor bela 23 dereceye kadar düşürebildi. Özetlemek gerekirse: Bu odalar Divan standartı değil ve odaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Bu klima sisteminin değişmesi gerekiyor. Ben muhtemelen bir daha bu otele gelmeyeceğim. Ne kadar resepsiyonda uygun dille geri bildirim yapsam da bu kötü yorumu oteliniz hak etti.. Divan standartına yakışan bir otele evrilmesi dileğiyle…

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on a business trip It was supposed to be 5 but we extended over the weekend for SPA/leisure purposes. This Hotel is in quite a remote location in an industrial estate like town- you can easily get to the town centre in a taxi for around 3 euros 10 minute drive. If you rent a car you can get to Istanbul in just over an hour dependant on traffic- to me the facilities in the hotel are worth the commute. Staff are pleasant and helpful and room service is good. The Spa is the main attraction as per pictures you can access a salt room, saunas, Turkish Bath, Gym, swimming pools and very Lux massages- the staff are really nice- I received treatments from Uni and Rica who were top class; other staff members were so friendly despite the language barrier. Google translate is a must! Due to the language barrier we were not made aware of all the services until our Beautiful friend a lady who was fluent in English visited the hotel for a night- the spa is really HUGE and the facilities are spread across 2 floors. Despite this I can’t fault the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. I hope to come back even if staying on the other side of Turkey.
