"I came here in the middle of the night from another hotel with a child. Because I found bugs, I felt very bad. Since it's midnight, I can just find a clean accommodation. But it gave me a surprise. Thank you to the guy at the front desk for your patient guidance on parking. The hygiene is very good, there is a toilet seat and the shower head has a lot of water. Hot water comes out very quickly. The breakfast was great. In short, I will stay at your place next time I come."

"I stayed alone at the Donghu Lihua Hotel during the Spring Festival and was completely won over by the service of managers Zhi Yunlong and Guo Tongtong from the housekeeping department! The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were perfectly wrinkle-free. After discussing it with me, the room was decorated with festive decorations, including window decorations and couplets, creating a warm New Year atmosphere. The natural light was fantastic, and I could see the lake view as soon as I opened the curtains. Even more thoughtful were the complimentary New Year calendar, snacks, and fresh fruit. The colorful candies in the candy bowl instantly melted my heart. Manager Zhi noticed I was carrying a large suitcase and proactively helped me carry it to my room, even reminding me of the location of the emergency exit on the floor. Manager Guo noticed I had brought skincare products while the housekeeper was cleaning and thoughtfully added an extra toiletries kit and compressed towels. Even the sink was spotless and dry. Staying in such a comfortable and festive room while traveling, and receiving such attentive care, made me feel incredibly safe and secure!"

The room facilities are well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The breakfast every day is rich in variety and tastes great. The most surprising thing is that there is also a nightingale service, sour and hot powder that is called an authentic, and it is super satisfying. There is also a gym 24 hours online, super satisfied. During the stay, if there is any demand, the staff can respond in time, and the service is intimate and thoughtful.
