Hotels With Spa in Melaka, Malaysia

We booked two Studio Suite Twin for a family stay for 2 days. The staff was kind enough to give us adjoining rooms. The fixture and fittings are a bit old but the rooms, bed linen and couches were clean. The kettle in one of the rooms was faulty and a small table in the other room was wobbly. Both were replaced immediately. We enjoyed the space we had with the connecting rooms. On the second day, we did not leave our rooms until past 10am. The housekeeping team came twice to check if we wanted our rooms cleaned. We asked them to return half an hour later to do the housekeeping. However, when we returned to the rooms in the evening, the rooms were not cleaned yet. After a call to the reception and a talk with a staff member who came to the room, the rooms were cleaned promptly after that. I think the rooms need an upgrade. The hotel still provides small bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and bath soap whereas newer hotels have changed to refillable pump bottles for these toiletries. We noticed that some towels have blood and dirt stains on them. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

The check in counter seem short staff assist to check in for us. We wait for quite sometimes. Breakfast is no variety. You may opt to have your breakfast just opposite the street. Atlantic Nyonya food is delicious just around the corner. However, the room is nice and comfortable. Spacious. I am enjoy my stay there.

Always be my first choice when I visit to Malacca, very helpful staff and good location, multi level car park is provided, room is clean and air conditioner is working well, many food stall are around the walking distance. will come back again if I visit Malacca again, thank you for the good hospitality.

Absolutely love the interior decoration of this hotel. The furnishing is luxurious and elegent. The bathtub is one of the highlight of the room. Welcome snack and tea is unique from Peranakan heritage. Breakfast is made to order instead of buffet but you can order as much as you can eat. The location is strategic near Kampung Morten and Melaka river. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Puri Melaka! The hotel environment has a beautiful heritage charm especially the historic room, well-preserved with a touch of modern comfort. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent just a short walk to Jonker Street and many local attractions, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka for a memorable and comfortable experience.

I caught a bad cold when I got home, and I felt uncomfortable all over. It took me a long time to recover. I can now review this one-week self-driving trip to Malaysia. The goodwill I received in Malaysia during this trip far outweighs other things. If we talk about the accommodation experience, as I said when communicating with Mr. Sean, the founder of Aimeide, this is the best place to live in my entire trip to Malaysia. First of all, the check-in instructions are detailed and easy to implement. The only small problem is that I only read the text instructions and did not watch the instruction video. The entire check-in process can be said to be smooth and smooth. The instructions are in Chinese, and there is no barrier to communication in the Chinese-speaking area. BTW, Mr. Sean's Chinese is also very good, and there is no barrier to communication in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Secondly, the room facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The view outside the window is invincible. The balcony faces the Strait of Malacca and the mosque. When we checked in, we happened to encounter the former Ocean Princess cruise ship moored outside the window. It added an extra beautiful scenery. Figures 2 and 3 are the former Ocean Princess with full lights on at night and when it was moored during the day. Picture 4 is a family photo from the balcony. Picture 5 is a photo of the dome of the Malacca Mosque captured with a 10x lens on my phone in the early morning. Third, the community facilities are complete. As far as I can see, there is a swimming pool in Picture 1, a convenience store, a gym, and a mini golf course. You can use them at will with your owner card. The whole community is quiet and tidy, with standardized management, and no strangers come in and out at will. Street-blasting motorcycles, a specialty of Kuala Lumpur, are rarely seen here, at least I can't remember seeing them. Fourth, the surrounding supporting facilities are complete. As long as you cross the road from the community, there is a huge mall with everything you need. It can be said that it can provide everything tourists need. We all agree that as a travel residence, everything provided by Aimeide is impeccable. I would like to strongly recommend it to all friends who have travel plans in Malaysia! And here again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Sean, the founder of Aimeide, from Shanghai. Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It’s a building by itself with own compound. Ample parking space. It is build beside a cruise ship jetty(not sure if it’s in operation). Room is big, have all the amenities needed. Hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo etc. The shampoo is Dove brand which is good as it has moisturizer. Bed is super big and comfortable, water pressure is good and air conditioning is not noisy. We had a good night sleep here. A few POI are walkable. Jonker street will be a little far (about 20 mins easy walk). Opposite is a shopping center. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

The three bed apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Location is central and the check in instructions are clear. The pool and gym are great. We had a good holiday there. The shopping mall is not fully opened yet but there are many local eateries within walking distance

Amazing indoor and outdoor living experience in this hotel. Love the private balcony facing Melaka River. I can spend my entire afternoon there with good coffee and snacks (coffee machine and snacks provided free in room). Tried their Kaya thost during breakfast. I gave 10/10! At night soak yourself in the bathtub with essential oil provided. Awesome experience! Every single detailing the room can wow you with such a specious and comfortable space. The best part is the hotel car park is just within minutes reach from your hotel room. So, it is so convinient after check out. All tourist attractions and restourant surrounding are within walking distance. Will definitely come back next time.
