Very spacious room that had a sea view. Room is clean , quiet and smoke free. The hotel is less than 10mins walking distance to Jonker street. Near to shopping malls as well. The staffs are friendly just that there is no dedicated queue to validate carpark reimbursement. Always have to join in long queue with those check-in customers. Other than that this hotel is highly recommended.
Hotel location is strategic, near to most of the tourist spot like AFamosa, Dutch square and church of st Paul. A lots of restaurants nearby, nyonya food, chicken rice ball, and etc. Cleanliness is superb and space is spacious. Breakfast is ok, ordinary buffet breakfast but without melaka specialties like kuih nyonya or satay celup may be. In conclusion, is a good place to stay and I will come back again. Parking also available inside the hotel.

Big room, great location as near to main place to visit at Melaka. Fast and easy check in and out. The only minus point as the room facing main road, a bit noisy when loud motorcycle passing by.

The hotel room was decent, with a bathtub perfect for a soak and a view of the Melaka River. However, it was quite noisy from motorcycles passing by morning and evening, making earplugs a necessity for sleeping.
The service was good.
Breakfast was a major letdown, with very poor quality ingredients. For example, the Roti Canai with chicken curry only had two tiny pieces of chicken and was incredibly salty. If you ordered fried vermicelli without egg, it came completely plain, devoid of any other ingredients. The laksa, mainly consisting of egg strips and fish balls, was the only somewhat acceptable option, but unfortunately, I don't eat eggs. The bacon was clearly processed meat.
It would be far better to book without breakfast and eat out; you'd definitely find much better food elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently located just one street off Jonker Street. Although the Jonker Street night market can be very lively and loud, the hotel's street itself is remarkably quiet, and it's still very close to all the sights. Right opposite the hotel is an ancestral hall, and there's even a Peranakan museum on the same street. Communication was a breeze as a lady at the front desk spoke Chinese. They have an elevator, which was a pleasant surprise as I initially thought there wasn't one and was ready to haul my luggage up myself! The hotel's decor and furnishings strongly resemble a Peranakan museum. It was quite amusing because I had just visited a Peranakan museum in Penang the day before, and then found myself essentially staying in one the very next day! A buffet breakfast is provided. While the selection isn't vast, everything offered was delicious and hit the spot. I highly recommend visiting the Straits Mosque, especially around dusk!

I caught a bad cold when I got home, and I felt uncomfortable all over. It took me a long time to recover. I can now review this one-week self-driving trip to Malaysia. The goodwill I received in Malaysia during this trip far outweighs other things. If we talk about the accommodation experience, as I said when communicating with Mr. Sean, the founder of Aimeide, this is the best place to live in my entire trip to Malaysia. First of all, the check-in instructions are detailed and easy to implement. The only small problem is that I only read the text instructions and did not watch the instruction video. The entire check-in process can be said to be smooth and smooth. The instructions are in Chinese, and there is no barrier to communication in the Chinese-speaking area. BTW, Mr. Sean's Chinese is also very good, and there is no barrier to communication in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Secondly, the room facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The view outside the window is invincible. The balcony faces the Strait of Malacca and the mosque. When we checked in, we happened to encounter the former Ocean Princess cruise ship moored outside the window. It added an extra beautiful scenery. Figures 2 and 3 are the former Ocean Princess with full lights on at night and when it was moored during the day. Picture 4 is a family photo from the balcony. Picture 5 is a photo of the dome of the Malacca Mosque captured with a 10x lens on my phone in the early morning. Third, the community facilities are complete. As far as I can see, there is a swimming pool in Picture 1, a convenience store, a gym, and a mini golf course. You can use them at will with your owner card. The whole community is quiet and tidy, with standardized management, and no strangers come in and out at will. Street-blasting motorcycles, a specialty of Kuala Lumpur, are rarely seen here, at least I can't remember seeing them. Fourth, the surrounding supporting facilities are complete. As long as you cross the road from the community, there is a huge mall with everything you need. It can be said that it can provide everything tourists need. We all agree that as a travel residence, everything provided by Aimeide is impeccable. I would like to strongly recommend it to all friends who have travel plans in Malaysia! And here again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Sean, the founder of Aimeide, from Shanghai. Thank you for providing us with such a good place to live and providing us with so many information about places to eat and have fun. I wish you and your family good health and all the best.

Great service by the Birkin staffs from check in to check out. We check in during weekdays when the hotel was less busy, so we were given a free room upgrade.
The furnitures and amenities inside the room was very good and had a luxury feeling to it. The bed was very good. The room was very spacious as well, and the view was great.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It’s a building by itself with own compound. Ample parking space. It is build beside a cruise ship jetty(not sure if it’s in operation). Room is big, have all the amenities needed. Hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo etc. The shampoo is Dove brand which is good as it has moisturizer. Bed is super big and comfortable, water pressure is good and air conditioning is not noisy. We had a good night sleep here. A few POI are walkable. Jonker street will be a little far (about 20 mins easy walk). Opposite is a shopping center. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

The three bed apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Location is central and the check in instructions are clear. The pool and gym are great. We had a good holiday there. The shopping mall is not fully opened yet but there are many local eateries within walking distance

Everything was perfect, except for the ceiling fan, which had white dust on it. The breakfast was amazing with so many options, but I couldn’t finish the eggs Benedict I ordered from the menu. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the heart of the city. I strongly recommend it.

TTralonI truly enjoyed my stay at this new hotel — the ambiance, service, and facilities were excellent. However, the food quality could be improved, as some of the Asian dishes tasted either bland or overly salty. I hope the chefs can maintain more balanced flavors to ensure all meals are enjoyable. I look forward to experiencing the improvements on my next visit.
