Hotel Alameda Centro Historico

Enjoyed our two night stay primarily because of location. Hotel has some good and not so good points. Breakfast seems to start about 10 minutes each morning. Service is good, however, you have to ask for eggs, etc and there is apparently no menu. Good coffee. Rooms can be noisey, but you are directly on the main square. Only American news channel is CNN. Safety deposit box is difficult to reach if you are under 6 feet or so. Subway and a convenience store are both right next store. No mini-frig. Very clean. I found the staff to be helpful. I could no locate my phone charger and front desk offered a ”loaner”. A/C is my room was located directly above the bed and was loud at time. There may be better options in town?
Hotel Campanario de San Juan-Spa

I already knew the hotel, but I had a bad experience because when making the reservation I selected 2 adults and 2 minors and the page reserved a single room for me, I had to pay an extra payment for an extra place
Grand Cantalagua Hotel Morelia

Friendly and helpful staff, Good sized rooms, internet is reliable, good water pressure and how water. The pool and grounds are clean and attractive. Plenty of on site parking with a 24 hour attendant. On site restaurant is good - we only had breakfast - which was about 200 pesos per person for the buffet. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. This was not the first hotel I've found that advertises as having air conditioners but the units are set to cool no cooler than 80F. The hallway, lobby, and common areas are adequately cooled but the rooms are hot and hard to get a good night's sleep in.

Hotel Casa en El Campo

It is indeed a hotel that exceeds expectations. It may be because there are few rooms, so I can't see the comments of the Chinese on booking and Trip.com , but the environment is really good. I don't want to check out. I recommend every one to Morelia for the Dead Festival and to experience the night tour. I lived here the day before, and I went to the afternoon and night activities after checking out at 12 o'clock to store my luggage. Don't be too comfortable!

We arrived to spend a weekend in family. My husband had things to do and the idea was always to be in the hostel with the children. I spoke to ask if there was a paddler, they commented on me that yes, what they never told me was that the paddle was in renovation. We arrived on Friday and they comment on this situation, but it was only Monday to Friday and Saturday would be available early. I talk at early reception and they tell me that at 11 no longer at 9 would be available, after breakfast as I didn't see any movement, I decided to ask again and now they told me that there at 12:00. Then I told you to confirm me when the hostel would be available, as I wouldn't have children all morning waiting to get into the water (since they stood up, they put the bath suit), and finally to 3:00. In the face of total ineptitude by all the staff who never resolved anything and the lack of honesty, we made our bags and we went wasting half tomorrow. The rooms are very small, they don't have a cuna, the wallpapers were dirty, we wouldn't definitely come back.
