This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I always love coming back for the amazing view of the swimming pool and the beach, it’s definitely my favorite spot in Sihanoukville for that!
I stayed in the Pod Village rooms this time. They felt a bit small, but overall they were fine. I really appreciated the natural surroundings and the peaceful vibe. The breakfast was good, and overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, it has made my trip Cambodia start on a good note. I stayed here before going to the Islands and it was the best decision. As a solo traveler I felt so welcomed, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is big and super, if with no window which didn’t bother me because I spent most of the time at the pool. The pool and restaurant at the rooftop make this place by far the most cosmopolitan experience. I have extended my stay.
Everythings are good except It is quite ignoring, when you enter the hotel , there will be security guards scan your bag and check your body . The hotel room is full of smoking smell .

Good location, nice clean beach, not busy beach as it’s a private beach for guests at hotel, nice swimming pool , food at the hotel is good, pool bar is also good, breakfast is very good and variety (Western and Asian). Room is big, bed and mattress very comfortable. Hotel staffs very helpful, honest and friendly. As we enjoyed our stay so We recommend this hotel.
Note; it’s a bit noisy from big hotel construction next to the hotel but this is not hotel fault. Lemongrass restaurant on site ( part of hotel) is NOT recommended .
The hotel is in front of the beach, a distance from the city, but the disadvantage is that although the hotel is non-smoking, there is still a strong smell of cigarettes, the drainage of the drain is not good, and there is a strong fragrance in the room, which makes you dizzy.
Good and clean, the staff is nice and attend, although the room doesn't have a proper window you can still book in here if you are about to transit to Koh Rong. The surroundings are nice and really close to the pier
Ctrip garbage, the marked phone directly dialed can not be connected, and does not indicate the specific location of jetty, the day can not contact the hotel in Westport, very affecting the experience. The hotel itself is impeccable, the experience at One Island One Hotel is great, and the Western Restaurant Bread Basket is perfect. The only problem is that even if the insect repellent is sprayed, there will still be ants crawling up and down, and the desserts given are eaten by the ants...

Very good space hotel, the surroundings, toilets, and showers are all very clean. There is hot water for bathing, and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. It is worth recommending.

My son and I spent 4 wonderful relaxing days at Long Set. The customer service at Long Set Resort was amazing. Once you get off the ferry someone is waiting to escort you to the resort which is a short walk on the board walk to the resort. From the moment we arrived until our departure staff members catered to our wants and needs. Through out our stay they checked in to make sure everything was going well. My son enjoyed his stay at Long Set, playing in the pool and on the beach.
Twice a week there is bbq on the beach at night where staff decorate the beach nicely with lights and tables. Couples can reserve a private area to dine and they receive special services.
The only cons were my room didn’t have a television and my son would have liked water slides at the pool. WiFi was steady throughout the whole resort, the food was good, and the facility was clean. I definitely would stay at Long Set Resort again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on Sok San Beach. The West Port Yacht can directly reach the beach pier (round trip 30$/person), and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a clean and delicate white sand beach, and the blue water and white clouds in the sky instantly make people feel relaxed and happy. The architecture of this hotel is quite distinctive, and the hotel environment is also very good. The only shortcoming is that there are too few service staff. I waited for a long time but there was no menu to order. Every time I ran to the front desk to get the menu and order, it felt like self-service, and the price was 2-3 times higher than outside. However, this hotel is one of the best in the vicinity. In addition, the hotel can rent a motorcycle for 15$/day. This is the introduction. Overall, it is quite good and worth a visit!
GGuest UserI can't say the location is good, but the beach, sand, and accommodation are satisfactory. If you want to get off at the pier and take a tuk-tuk, you have to pay $5 per person, $10 round trip. The free canoe and paddle boat were fun, but they are very old and need to be replaced and repaired. The air conditioner was cool, but noisy. The food was generally delicious and came out quickly. The noise from the next room wasn't loud. I didn't use the pool because I liked the ocean, and the pool wasn't very deep, so it wasn't fun. It smells a little like disinfectant. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't very diverse.
The Wi-Fi was too slow or didn't work well, so I used up my data. I sent an email about pickup, but I didn't get a reply, so I don't know if they read it or not.
The staff's kindness and service were average. At lunch, I sat in the restaurant, made eye contact, and raised my hand, but they didn't give me the menu, so I had to get it myself. In the evening, I was a little annoyed that they gave the menu to the team that arrived later than me first.
The beach is beautiful, but I saw too many tourists and staff smoking and throwing cigarette butts in the ocean and sand.
Pagoda Beach is prettier than other beaches on Koh Rong Island, so many travelers from other accommodations also visit there.
AAnonymous UserLocation: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).

BBramlettI stayed here with my husband and two children. We chose this resort because they had rooms well suited for families. The resort staff met at us at the pier and took us and our luggage by small speed boat to the resort—saving us a difficult walk along the beach with all of our bags. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were very clean. We loved being on the beach and having a view of the ocean from our front deck. There were comfortable couches and chairs on the deck where we could lounge throughout the day. We looked forward to the resort breakfast each morning. I especially appreciated that the wait staff would provide steamed milk for our coffee each morning. We had several meals at the resort restaurant during our stay and we enjoyed them all. We were disappointed by the amount of trash that would wash up along the island beach but the resort had staff that would maintain the beach in front of the resort each day so it was nice to have a cleaner area for swimming and playing in the sand.
GGypsy235Everything is good except for the weather this time :d
The resort is clean and cozy, very good location with the most beautiful beach, the meals are good and delicious, staff is friendly. There is an interesting firework show by the beach after the Bbq, but the gasoline smell after the fireworks show is not good. The smell of gasoline lingered until the next morning, making it impossible for you to relax on the beautiful chairs by the beach to enjoy the early morning sunlight. Moreover, the beach, where fragments soaked in gasoline still remained, would also pollute the lovely bathing area. Cleaning up all those oil-soaked fragments should do the trick
MMINGThe overall is very good. As one island and one hotel, it should be said that it is very cost-effective. The interior greenery of the hotel is very good, the tropical rain forest, the room facilities are also very modern, very comprehensive, adopting the best of everyone, considerate, automatic flushing toilet, automatic curtain . The island is very beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can watch the sunrise near the swimming pool and watch the sunset at the dock. The most beautiful thing is the hotel trail. Along the west, along the reef, walking every day is so beautiful! Very thoughtful! The best part is when the weather is good, the sea on the beach is very clean, you can snorkel and there are a lot of small fish! It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. But ordering meals is good. Transportation on the island is charged separately, which is very expensive. For details, you can see the travel notes of the horse's nest.
