During the second week at the hotel, I wanted to change rooms. They gave me an upgraded room, with a bigger TV, better curtains, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Excellent view from the room and terrace.
Breakfast is practically the same every day. Over time it becomes dull.
Very well located hotel, close to the Brasilia shopping mall, but it is not a 5-star hotel as stated on the day of booking. I think it is more of a 3-star hotel.
Very good place, very good service also very good, pleasant breakfast, only negative point is you pay a expensive reservation, expensive dinner, and still pay more than 100 reals for some sweets or chocolates and even water, in the room, totally abuse value, in the most quiet
I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️
Brasilia is the administrative city, the hotel is not too luxurious, but this hotel should be considered the most comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, there is a big shopping mall downstairs, and the downstairs restaurant downstairs is super delicious!
Despite the overt references to royalty in the hotel, I felt like a pawn during my stay. Dark and sad room, old and tired furniture, hygiene issues (female hair balls found in bathroom), depressing room service menu, friendly but poorly trained staff. What makes this hotel stand out is its small policy of charging guests for coffee pods (only the first 2 are free), which I admit I have never seen before in a hotel charging 1000 reais per night situation. According to many reports, the hotel's stellar rating on Google appears to be due to questionable review buying practices. avoid.
Located in Brasília, this apartment is within a 15-minute drive of Embassy of the United States and Pátio Brasil Shopping. This apartment is 5.7 mi (9.1 km) from Arena BRB Mané Garrincha and 0.2 mi (0.4 km) from Museu de Arte de Brasília.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, which has a kitchen. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
The hotel is very well located and has excellent service by staff. It is desired in the cleaning question, from some specific environments, in my case the sauna was a pretty unpleasant and dirty smell.
Very Good

FFelipe VacasThe hotel is ok for a night in a long layover in Brasilia. It is far from the city but very close to the airport. However, they do not offer any transfer to the airport. Walking is not long (about 10 min walk) but the walking path is filthy and moody especially if it rains. They suggest you to get an uber, but it gets very expensive during a rainy time.
The room is very basic. Beds are tiny.
Breakfast is very good!
MM253585****The place is located in the center of Brasilia. It is opposite the shopping mall. It is relatively convenient. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. It is very welcoming. Please pay attention to whether the hotel provides breakfast. It is relatively cost-effective. It is relatively new and parking is available. However, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Taking a shower requires hot and cold water.

SSayãoThe hotel is very good. I like it very much. I'm sorry they don't make any more waffles at the time, at breakfast. It was excellent! Now they leave the buffet, it was terrible
GGuest UserVery well located hotel, close to the Brasilia shopping mall, but it is not a 5-star hotel as stated on the day of booking. I think it is more of a 3-star hotel.
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and competent.
Excellent breakfast.
The food was good for dinner, but the restaurant's super cold air conditioning made the food very cold, making the experience a little unpleasant.
A very negative point is the perfume ”machine” right at the entrance to the lobby, which made the place smell extremely fragrant and nauseating.
The cleaning supplies in the rooms also had a lot of perfume, which was not good.
I traveled with a friend who is very sensitive to smells and hated the experience. We will definitely not be able to stay there if we return to Brasília.
Despite the positive points, it would not be an option for a future trip.
KKihwanVery good value for money. It's a bit far from downtown, but it's good to have shopping malls and large supermarkets nearby.
Clean, spacious and tidy.
GGuest UserVery disappointed with the room. The bed was extremely soft, the sheets old and torn, and the towels old and hard. Dust and cobwebs were under the beds. In the bathroom, a used bandage was left in the shower!
There were no blankets during the cold season. There was no TV remote.
When I communicated this to the room contact, they didn't even respond to my messages.
Despite the hotel having an excellent location and additional facilities like a gym and pool, it's horrible to arrive at a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a child.
