So disappointed, for change the room view , they charge me 10$ only for change room. I want in the high floor. But must pay only change from 3rd floor to 4th floor. And deposit before check in 100$..hmmm

The location is okay, though, in the very center of Chinese stores and restaurants. The sea is not far, but the streets aroumd are over filled with communal waste. Hotel service was pleasant and nice. Breakfasts were tasty. It is strange that we didn't have slippers in the room, and the big towels were brought only when we asked. Still, the whole impression from RIVA Hotel is very good. I would like to stay there again.

Overall, a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly and attentive service. Breakfast offers a wide selection, and the rooms are well soundproofed. The convenient location provides plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely be back!
