We had a wonderful stay at Kamenoi Hotel! The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the lake (<1 min walk from the 湖畔前 bus stop). The rooms were very clean and comfortable, amenities were great as well (indoor and outdoor onsen, free ramen during supper time). Do note that there is no shower in the room.
I am travelling for Mashiko pottery festival. The location is good for taking bus there. The hotel is next to JR station and bus station. There is public bath for leisure and relaxation at night.
Perfect spot if you are planning to go mashiko pottery festival next year!
It's right in front of Sano Bus Terminal, so it's great for people going to Sano, Tochigi Prefecture! And you can use the outdoor bath on the rooftop for free until late at night, so it felt like a place to rest. There's a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so it was okay for me to stay alone!
The environment is still good, the location is relatively quiet, the big bath and hot spring are on the first floor, the view is also very good when eating breakfast, and fortunately I saw the rainbow 🌈
Playing ball to live, I didn't expect to be very pleasant, the dining is great, the room is good, the hot spring is very comfortable, the service is great. A bit far from the high-speed exit, but it does not affect, suitable for self-driving
It was a very nice hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant where we had breakfast was excellent. However, my elderly mother had difficulty unlocking the hot spring entrance.
I have lived once a long time ago and I feel very comfortable. I still like this stay, but the dinner feels better before. Now it is quite satisfactory, but the overall recommendation is still to stay. I will choose to stay here in the future because it is too comfortable.
The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here
The name of the hotel is Huaqianxiang, and you need to search for this name on Google Maps. We booked two different suites, both with balconies (equipment platforms), and the river views are good. The hotel breakfast and dinner are great! In addition, remember to make an appointment with the front desk for the shuttle bus after check-out when checking in, otherwise you will face no car to take when you check out. It is an old hot spring hotel. The waiters are polite as a whole. Due to the late check-in, we informed that the dinner was cancelled, but later called the room to say that dinner was prepared and asked to go to the restaurant as soon as possible. Although the restaurant staff urged us to eat, they had a good attitude and kept saying sorry. In fact, this matter was due to our earlier mistakes, so we can't blame the hotel entirely. People also have work off-get off work time, so we also end the dinner at the scheduled time haha. Thank you for the restaurant's service. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay in. The area of the ordinary room is not small, and the food and river view are added points. Tips: In short, you have to take advantage of the daytime to go to Kinu River. There are no taxis if it's late.
-The room is very clean and has everything! There is also an automatic kettle and a bucket of ice. The only flaw is that the quilt cover looks old, a bit scary, and it is actually quite comfortable.
-The hot spring facilities are old, the pool is small, but it is very tasteful, it is the appearance of the imagined open-air hot spring, the milky sulfur hot spring, the stone bottom, the trees are around, the real open air. I went in at 6 o'clock in the evening, because it was dinner time, so the whole pool was alone.
- Had breakfast here, Japanese breakfast, great! Dinner to see the menu has a cow, it should be good
-The service is all old men, very old hotels, most Japanese come to live

玩玩转星球-KevinThe most important buffet dinner during the stay was served very late, and the dishes were often empty, which is very rare in Japan.
Because it was less than 700 yuan and included two meals, although the hotel had many flaws, it was understandable, but the faucet in the room seemed to be broken, and the water flow was not smooth, which should be replaced.
Overall, this room was acceptable.

GGuest UserThe shuttle service to and from Tobu Nikko Station was very convenient. Upon arrival, check-in was handled directly at a small table, with only the payment requiring a quick visit to the front desk. Guests arriving around 3 PM can enjoy afternoon tea service. The hot spring bath was spacious and excellent. Breakfast and dinner were served in private dining rooms with lovely views, which was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is superb: the Two Shrines and One Temple (UNESCO World Heritage sites) are just a short walk from the front, and Kanmangafuchi Abyss is easily accessible from the back. There's also a local bus stop right outside, though the bus service is quite infrequent, so catching one is a matter of luck.
RRandom随机Wow! This place was fantastic! The staff are all courteous and professional. The hotel rooms are really clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and tranquil. I really enjoyed the nature vibes, and the river view by the window is perfect! The sound of the water flow and birds chirping made it to be a great night's sleep. The morning scenery is even better. I have no complaints. It was a great place to stop and rest and admire your surroundings. Take advantage of the swimming pool and the hot springs. (FYI: No tattoos allowed in case you have any, so you won't be alarmed when you see the sign.) Otherwise, everything was great about my stay! ☺️
KKongkongwukongkongAn old hot spring hotel! Breakfast and dinner are really cost-effective! The food is delicious, from fish to small pots! Appetizer strawberry wine, hot tea and dessert after dinner! The hot spring is also quite good. We are the family of four adults with children. It is a very satisfying stay experience! I have lived in a lot of expensive places before, but it feels similar. Cost-effective leverage, praise!

JjudyheyhIn short, it is a beautiful hotel. Whether it is the public area, the room or the view, it is very delicately considered. Although the breakfast is a set, it is very rich, especially the in-room dining experience is very good. I like the bar very much. There are many cocktail choices and they are also very creative. The yuzu ramen is a must-try. The marketing packaging is also very good! The location is also good, and the attractions are within walking distance. The maple leaf season is amazing! The service is quite good, and English communication is barrier-free. They can remember us after three days. The hot spring is also good, and it also comes with a sauna, which is very helpful for relaxation. There is nothing wrong with it except the price.
WWangVery good, very old-fashioned hostel, hot springs and two meals are great. A little distance from the train station, when I went, I called the service staff to pick it up, but when I returned to the train station, I called a taxi because there was a person on duty in the lobby, not far away, but a bit expensive. It is recommended to ask the hotel in advance or make an appointment for the transfer.
明明日なる夢The attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and no discrimination against Chinese people has been found (maybe the front desk personnel are different). The hotel is very close to the station, but the external sound insulation is very good. Don't worry about being disturbed by trams and outside noises. But the water fired by the hotel's hot water kettle has a yellow substance. It is not recommended to use the hotel's kettle to boil water. There is a Don Quixote next to the hotel. Very convenient and convenient.
