"Everything was great. The room was spacious. A little dusty, but not dirty. Convenient free parking right outside the room. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Coles, Woolworths, and ALDI are just a 10-minute walk away.
Great location for visiting Penguin Parade and the Koala Conservation Reserve."

"We stayed here for four nights and it was fantastic! There were so many cute little animals right outside our door – rabbits, purple chickens, and possums were the most common. On one side of the hotel, there's a pasture with lots of cattle and sheep. Across the road is a wildlife park, and it's also really convenient to drive to the supermarket. The kitchen facilities are complete with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and more, making it easy to cook our own meals. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer, which made our holiday on Phillip Island so relaxing and wonderful."

"Was a last minute booking and the cheapest deal we found. Didnt expect much for the price but honestly the motel exceeded our expectations.
James the host is very friendly and accommodating.
The 2 bedroom Suite (Room 1) we stayed in had 1 big & 1 small rooms with very comfortable beds. Toilets & bathroom were clean.
Kitchenette has the required amenities.
Only thing lacking were power points in the small bedroom or atleast I couldn't find it near the beds.
Will definitely recommend and revisit!"

"Room was big enough for my family of 3, Clean, toiletries provided is enough. 2 big beds and comfortable. Big TV, room at ground level, balcony can open and walk out to car park. Room doesn’t much have programme and need guests to sign in acct, which is not friendly to customers. Hotel location infront of sea, walking to distance to town centre just behind the hotel."

"Really loved this hotel! It's super conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from the Penguin Parade, so you can head straight back to relax after watching the penguins. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in. Our room was spacious and very clean, and we could even smell a pleasant scent when we first walked in. The little garden in front of the room was also a lovely touch. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay! Highly recommend it!"

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a small kitchenette, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals for our kids. "In general, the environemnt is comfort. We stayed here one night. The hotel is near to the restauant(s) and supermarket. As we arrived late, we still could find place for our dinner and bought some fruit to eat. We booked the room with three beds, the room is clean and we could sleep well overnight."

"The location is good, the room size is OK, and the facilities are a little older than the other apartments in this trip. The shortcoming is that the apartment front desk is outside the two intersections. You need to drive in the past to pick up the keys and come back. There is also a room on the third floor, and it is a little difficult to carry heavy luggage."

LLi Hung PaoWe did not have any problem locating the resort. Checking-in was a breeze as well. The room was a little dusty. The toilet was constantly cold. Air-con in room takes a long time to warm up such that at a point of time we thought that it wasnt working. In-room facilities was well-equipped. There was a small swimming pool which unfortunately we were unable to make use of it since it was winter. Overall our stay was OK considering the price we paid for the room.

We arrived late and didn't see a single staff during our stay. Yet, the staff replying our queries through emails were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room is spacious and clean, not fancy but comfortable. Hot water was running a bit slow for the last person to take a shower. Otherwise, it was perfect.
The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops, or a 2 min. drive. There is a children's park outside the hotel and the kids enjoyed it very much. The beach view is also spectacular.
