"We stayed here for four nights and it was fantastic! There were so many cute little animals right outside our door – rabbits, purple chickens, and possums were the most common. On one side of the hotel, there's a pasture with lots of cattle and sheep. Across the road is a wildlife park, and it's also really convenient to drive to the supermarket. The kitchen facilities are complete with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and more, making it easy to cook our own meals. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer, which made our holiday on Phillip Island so relaxing and wonderful."

"Was a last minute booking and the cheapest deal we found. Didnt expect much for the price but honestly the motel exceeded our expectations.
James the host is very friendly and accommodating.
The 2 bedroom Suite (Room 1) we stayed in had 1 big & 1 small rooms with very comfortable beds. Toilets & bathroom were clean.
Kitchenette has the required amenities.
Only thing lacking were power points in the small bedroom or atleast I couldn't find it near the beds.
Will definitely recommend and revisit!"

"In general, the environemnt is comfort. We stayed here one night. The hotel is near to the restauant(s) and supermarket. As we arrived late, we still could find place for our dinner and bought some fruit to eat. We booked the room with three beds, the room is clean and we could sleep well overnight."

"The booking website mentioned a laundry facility, but when we checked in, we were told it wasn't available for our room type. However, the host kindly provided directions to the self-service laundry facility. This is something to keep in mind when booking a room, so be sure to keep it in mind! Otherwise, the room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all above standard, ensuring a safe, clean place to sleep after a busy trip. Also, if you're planning on visiting penguins, this is the perfect place to stay, as it's very close to the penguin enclosure!"

"We did not have any problem locating the resort. Checking-in was a breeze as well. The room was a little dusty. The toilet was constantly cold. Air-con in room takes a long time to warm up such that at a point of time we thought that it wasnt working. In-room facilities was well-equipped. There was a small swimming pool which unfortunately we were unable to make use of it since it was winter. Overall our stay was OK considering the price we paid for the room."

We arrived late and didn't see a single staff during our stay. Yet, the staff replying our queries through emails were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room is spacious and clean, not fancy but comfortable. Hot water was running a bit slow for the last person to take a shower. Otherwise, it was perfect.
The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops, or a 2 min. drive. There is a children's park outside the hotel and the kids enjoyed it very much. The beach view is also spectacular.

TTravel zumbieRoom was big enough for my family of 3, Clean, toiletries provided is enough. 2 big beds and comfortable. Big TV, room at ground level, balcony can open and walk out to car park. Room doesn’t much have programme and need guests to sign in acct, which is not friendly to customers. Hotel location infront of sea, walking to distance to town centre just behind the hotel.
