Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details.
Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel.
Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel
Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay
Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

逆逆光狗子In my room, the sink only had cold water, while the shower only had scalding hot water. The shower water was so hot it made me yelp. It was 1 AM, and I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I endured the increasingly hot water, which felt like 70 degrees Celsius. I had to pause three times during my shower to wait for the water to cool down slightly. My one-night stay cost over 600 CNY, and for that price, such a terrible shower experience is unacceptable. Other facilities were satisfactory. There was central air conditioning and disposable slippers. The minibar was chargeable.
Another inconvenient aspect was that breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. Not only were the food items cleared, but guests who hadn't finished eating were also asked to leave. In other places I've stayed, they only clear the food, not rush out dining guests. Of course, this is the hotel's rule, and the staff's individual service attitude was very good. The breakfast selection was rich.

SShanzhongheshi_This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

SSusanunikWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

AAnonymous UserThe reception was efficient and knowledgeable with information on getting into Venice. The reception also helped us to book a shuttle to Piazzale Roma and the airport shuttle on the next day. The room is clean and tidy with a spacious bathroom. The only problem is the hotel is 26 mins drive from Piazzale Roma and 15 mins drive from the Marco Polo airport. It is possible to take the train to Santa Lucia Station in Venice, the train runs hourly and the train station is about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

GGuest UserAbbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere un fantastico w.e. di evasione presso questa struttura termale e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'arrivo è stato impeccabile. Lo staff della reception è estremamente cortese e professionale, gestendo il check-in in modo rapido e fornendo subito tutte le informazioni necessarie sull'utilizzo delle terme e gli orari dei servizi. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera luminosa, pulita e arredata con un gusto classico ed elegante. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole e il vero plus è stato il balconcino con vista sul giardino e un gran bello scorcio del Lago di Garda con alle sue spalle i monti imbiancati. A completare la camera un bagno abbastanza grande e dotato di molti confort per il benessere personale. Per le piscine Termali sono disponibili diverse vasche con varie temperature, con idromassaggi e getti cervicali. Area Wellness: la zona sauna, bagno turco, e docce emozionali è ben mantenuta e mai troppo affollata. L'atmosfera generale nella spa è di profondo relax con a disposizione delle buone tisane. La colazione è ricca, con opzioni dolci e salate e prodotti di qualità. L'esperienza generale è stata eccellente. Se dovessimo dare un unico suggerimento per ottimizzare ulteriormente il soggiorno, sarebbe quello di valutare la possibilità di anticipare l'orario del check-in (attualmente alle ore 15:00). Poter accedere alla camera anche solo un'ora prima permetterebbe agli ospiti di usufruire dei servizi termali con maggiore comodità fin dal primo pomeriggio.

CClaireqhWe decided with Hotel De Len as our 3D2N stay in Dolomites. The room was very clean and the hotel service was great. It is in a small town in Cortina and we could feel the warmth service from the team. The team did a small upgrade for us as it was our honeymoon and the morning view was great! Would totally stay here again if we ever visit Dolomites

RRUOPENGThe hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

LLilit AdamianStayed for 2 nights. The hotel and the island are absolutely beautiful — a real gem.
However, there’s a big but: catastrophic lack of staff. The service level is very weak. You can see the staff are trying their best, but there are simply not enough people.
In the morning, all hands are on deck for breakfast. The reception and concierge desks are empty — when we asked where everyone was, we were told: ”Sorry, they're all serving breakfast.”
Breakfast itself was a struggle: huge queues for coffee, and tables were left uncleaned.
That said, this is the only downside of this beautiful place. Everything else we really enjoyed.
Tip for future guests: Don't be afraid to book a room in the separate building overlooking the lagoon. Yes, it's a long walk, but the view from the room is absolutely worth it.
