The hotel is very cool, close to the center. Breakfast is delicious and the hotel owner is very nice and helpful in every topic, including the command of cool places in Torino, even offered us a drone a local wine. Thanks for the whole service. The hotel is a commanding hotel.

Прекрасный отель на берегу озера с панорамным баром на крыше (в солнечную погоду это просто волшебно). Завтраки волшебны (в Италии обычно выбор еды на завтрак сильно меньше, жаль, что просекко не поставили ))). Номер большой, с балконом (у нас был ”частичный вид на озеро” - красота). Рядом пристани пароходиков до островов - обязательно к посещению. Есть парковка и гараж (небольшие, но мы место нашли). Рядом прогулочная дорожка вдоль берега, до центра города три минуты пешком. Все очень понравилось, даже несмотря на временами прохладную и дождливую погоду.

We were in this hotel almost by accident, but it was a very pleasant surprise. We noticed the treatment and cleaning from the very moment, not only in the room but also in the corridors and common spaces. Our room was wide, light and unfairly clean and really comfortable.
We are very grateful to the staff, very kind and competent, and we would like to thank the girl for the reception that welcomed us with a sincere smile and great professionalism, and to make us feel welcome. And at the restaurant, master Malis was exceptional: he was distracted and made us quite comfortable, making dinner a special moment.
A good applause to the chef who has been able to win us with simple but tasty dishes, prepared with care and quality ingredients, a kitchen that knows to be authentic and surprising in its simplicity. A stay that has left us a pleasant memory and we certainly recommend. We will be happy to return!

The hotel was located near the central station, porta nuova. Very convenient as it is also close to teams that take you to popular tourist spots. Paid extra €30 to use the spa. The sauna and steam room were very nice. Breakfast had a good selection of food and is very popular.

This was our second time at Duparc and we were again very happy with the size, convenience and cleanliness of the family suite.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast has improved a lot since last year. It's a little too much on the sweet side still.

Franchement c'est plus un 3 étoiles qu'un 4 étoiles. Très basique, le prix est abusé pour les commodités proposer, ça se ressemble plus à un appartement rénové. Par contre ils acceptent avec joie les animaux. Les chambres c'est juste pour dormir. L'heure de checkout est à 10h ce qui n'est pas ouf. Bref ils sont surclassé mais au moins le bâtiment semble récent. Le week-end ils n'hésites pas à ce positionner sur des tarifs comme 300 euros la nuit. Le café dispo dans les chambres c'est un vieux sachet avec une thelliere. Par contre l'emplacement est cool pour une nuit. Venez en semaine ça dépanne 😀
Ps: me bar est la pour la décoration

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

MmattiaDuring my recent stay in Torino, I was pleased to spend a weekend at the Belezia Palace Luxury & Spa, an experience that has been far beyond expectations. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel encarnates a perfect balance between historical elegance and modern comfort, offering a refined and relaxing stay.
One of the hotel's strengths is the wellness area, a real jewel in a suggestive architectural context. The warm indoor pool, with soft lights and marble details, is perfect for relaxing after a day to explore the city. Water is kept at an ideal temperature, and hydromassage seats help dissolve any muscle tension.
The Turkish bathroom is spacious, clean and equipped with a aromaterapy system that makes the experience even more sensory. Heat and covering vapours, combined with natural essences, promote deep purification of the skin and a general sense of regeneration. Even those who are not used to this type of treatment will be pleasantly surprised and reinforced.
The Finnish sauna completes wellness experience in an excellent way. After a few minutes inside it, you feel a feeling of light and wellness hardly describeable. There is also a relaxing area with tisane and fresh fruit, perfect to finish the path.
The staff is always careful and discreet, ready to meet every need with professionalism. In short, the Palace of Belezia is not just a hotel, but a real luxury and quiet home. I strongly advise those who seek exclusive and regenerative experience in the heart of Torino.

GGuest UserVilla crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

MMiaobabaThe location is behind the commercial street, shopping is very convenient, there are fewer restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you need to walk. The design of the hotel itself is very good, there is a sense of quality, the room is very spacious, and the snowy mountains can be seen from the window. But the fly in the ointment is the bathroom, the shower room can't block the water, it is easy to make the bathroom full of water, very embarrassing.
