I can not praise this wonderful family orientated Hotel highly enough. My son and I stayed just two nights on our short stopover in India after sightseeing in Delhi, Namaste Dwaar was a perfect antidote to city life. The staff made us feel part of the family from the moment we arrived, we could not have had a warmer welcome. The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated. We were fortunate enough to experience both the Premier Twin room and one of the Suites on the 3rd floor, both rooms were extremely comfortable, with extensive views of green farmland and the setting sun in the evening. The Suite, one of only 4, was quite frankly magnificent! We tried many of the activities on offer including a Tractor Ride into the sugar cane fields, star gazing (we actually saw the ring around Saturn) snooker 🎱 on a full size table, swimming, the library, a free consultation with the onsite Ayurvedic Doctor, Yoga, high Tea, spinning, pottery, cricket, crazy golf and walking in the beautiful wellness garden. There are countless eating options both inside and outside the hotel all offering a high standard of cuisine, affordable and delicious. We were lucky enough to meet Mr Arvind Rathi and his wife who own the property and whose vision has created this magical space for multi generational families to enjoy time together. It is clear that their warmth and hospitality is extended to all guests and the staff team to create an atmosphere of inclusivity and exceptionally high customer service. Amrin and Radhika on reception and Arvind who looks after the telescope amongst other duties went above and beyond to make our stay special, and our heartfelt thanks extend to staff who played cricket with my son and those who served us a wonderful breakfast. Thank you Mukesh and all who made staying here such a wonderful experience indeed! 🙏🏼

Great stay and definitely a good hotel if you’re visiting Agra and Taj. One feedback at check-in, I was asked TWICE by the front desk if I prefer to have a twin bed because I booked a king bed for 2 male adults. I told them I’m with my “partner”. They don’t seem to get that he’s my **************** and ASKED AGAIN. Not sure if there’s cultural nuance or outright discrimination — but given that this is a Marriott property with strong global LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda, I’m surprised why I had to be asked differently despite the bed preference stated in my confirmed booking.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

I stayed at this hotel several times a few years ago and now decided to stay here. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, cosmetics are good. But that's what changed so that breakfast, basically no sausages and noodles, you can certainly ask omlet and pancakes or dos, but where is the usual food? Three times breakfast and only one day was of meat sausage, as well as beans, which were not in the other two days. Fruit cuts one person in such a volume that even at 7:30 a.m. there is not enough for 5-10 people who come to this time. At the same time, dinners are good, big choice and diversity. Adjust breakfast! Service at the same time in the restaurant is good!

Value for money. Very good customer service as the hotel provided us an early check-in and late checkout (1hr extension) privilege.

The location is quite convenient, and it's clean. However, the breakfast is very meager for its price – it's better to eat at a nearby cafe instead.

A great blend of luxury and reasonable pricing in Agra, especially if you’re looking for a hotel with a swimming pool in the ₹3,000–4,500 range for two people, including breakfast. The pool is small but a nice facility at this price point. The terrace has beautiful lighting and a bar café where you can relax, enjoy the ambience, and get a great view of the Taj Mahal. However, the rooms at the back of the property don’t offer much of a view, so front-facing rooms are preferable. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, with carpets, hanging lamps, and attractive wall décor adding a touch of luxury. The service and variety in the buffet were top-notch, although the food menu is slightly on the higher side.

Стандартный отель сети Рэдиссон, качеством ниже чем в том же Горакхпуре. Фитнес зал видавший виды, оборудование необходимо почистить. Бассейн хороший. Питание как и во всех Рэдиссонах, но немного уступает по вкусу и разнообразию. Вполне достойный вариант за 50 долларов в сутки. Жить можно)
