The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. We really had a nice time here, the resort is close to Auroville in the forest, the food is amazing, staff is very helpful and the service is nice. Special cheers to the restaurant folks. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

The room was quite large, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast is good and the staff was very attentive. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Coimbatore.

This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time Food was average And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like flash not working in morning ; requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly ) Common washroom area not cleaned

We got a free upgrade to penthouse and the experience was amazing. Clean and comfortable rooms with great valley views. Variety of indoor and outdoor activities available.
