AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

HHaiyanAlthough the hotel has been open for many years, it's tastefully decorated and was just renovated the year before last. The location is also excellent; you can walk to the commercial district to browse for jade. The room hygiene is impeccable, with every nook and cranny sparkling clean. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is a buffet, so you can eat as much as you like, and parking is free, which is incredibly convenient!

There are many places to eat nearby, so it's very convenient. It would be even better if the hotel provided a restaurant and laundry service.

From the beginning of check-in, the front desk staff was particularly warm and polite, and the processing efficiency was high. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very relaxing to lie on. I slept until dawn. The sound insulation effect was also very good. I couldn't hear the noise outside at all. I had a good rest. The room facilities are complete, air conditioning, hot water, lighting, network are very stable, it is particularly convenient to use, the bathroom space is clean and odorless, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the public area is clean and tidy, and it feels very comfortable. The location is also very good, convenient to travel, the surrounding dining and transportation are very convenient, whether it is a business trip or a tour is particularly suitable. The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area with ample hot water, and the toiletries were better than expected. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, catering to every taste. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the service, environment, and cleanliness were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
