Great place to stay. Food was good and checking in was easy. Both my partner and I enjoyed our stay, and will be staying here again in the future. I think the quality of the room was a highlight for both of us.

The room is quite big, clean, quiet, well equipped, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The only inconvenience is that there are fewer places to eat nearby. You need to take a taxi to eat two or three kilometers away. The front desk service is very good. You can speak Chinese and you can help you call the car.

Overall, it was quite good. However, the tables and chairs could be cleaned more thoroughly. This hotel offers good value for money, has a good location, and is convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was simple, consisting only of Vietnamese rice noodles, but that was enough to fill me up.

The staff were polite, proactively helpful, and efficient. The buffet offered a good variety of high-quality food. The hotel provided a free 30-minute spa coupon, allowing guests to relax after a long day. The room was clean, but I'd suggest switching to a different brand of tissues as they tear easily.

Large room. Clean and airy. Hot water takes a while to wait Refrigerator cannot be used. Only stayed 1 night so no big deal.

The apartment is beautiful, is on the 10th floor. Cosy, with a beautiful view. There is everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. Kitchen, dishes, stove, refrigerator, microwave, everything works. The place on the map in Tripcom is not matched with the real location, a couple of kilometers. The apartment was in the Haven Tower 2. Also the photo on the site did not match reality, on the photos of another apartment. Although in reality everything was beautiful. The Ecopark area itself is far from the center of Hanoi, but very beautiful and comfortable. There are lots of greens around, ponds, pedestrian areas, all tidy and beautiful, lots of shops and cafes. There are places to walk beautifully. On the third floor of the building where the apartment has a swimming pool, for a separate fee. From the downsides I can note the dirty kitchen, it is necessary to clean better, more carefully wash the dishes, the table, the glass over the table. Also it was not very convenient to settle - it is not clear how to go from the place where you take the keys to the apartment itself, please make a step plan with pictures. Of the pluses, the bed is comfortable, the silence, the presence of a washing machine and balcony, the absence of insects. It is also convenient that from the house to the center of Hanoi go buses, but how to use them - it is better to specify on the resepshne, it seems to me that there can be paid for the carriage, because the driver in the bus does not take money.
