Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

Ctrip gave this hotel four diamonds, which I think is a bit exaggerated. In fact, the room facilities are very common, and I feel that it is not as good as home in China. The room is not allowed to smoke, every time I go downstairs to smoke 🚬, the staff is very cold, but in general it is okay.

GGuest UserRoom telephone was not working, room plug socket were not functioning,, bathroom door ( glass ) was not moving closing a kind of jammed. After complaint also not got rectified. We have to call for bathroom supplies such as dental or shaving kit which is not a case of any other hotel i stayed till date.
