Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is by the sea, but it is far from the old city, the environment may be good here, and the personal feeling is built according to the German holiday habits.
The stay experience is particularly bad, the room is too small, the bed pillow is particularly soft and uncomfortable, the construction noise outside started at 6 am, and the water was stopped several times due to the construction pipeline failure. In short, it feels particularly bad.
The restaurant includes three meals for morning, noon and evening, and the tableware is not cleaned in place.
The Zadar Hyatt enjoys a prime location in the Croatian coastal city of Zadar. It's right next to the beach and within walking distance of the famous Sea Organ and Sun Salutation. Zadar's Old Town is also just a short drive away, allowing visitors to explore the history and local culture. Opening in 2025, the hotel boasts brand new facilities and is highly recommended.
Hotel accommodation conditions are generally the cheapest one on this trip. Don't choose him if you are looking for enjoyment. It is the scale of the domestic seaside guest house in the 90s, and it is the only hotel where parking is charged.
I stayed at this hotel in preko for one night and had a good stay there.
All of the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The room was spotless and well equipped, with everything I needed. I also really liked the dining area on the ground floor — it’s a comfortable space to relax or chat with friends. The outdoor seating is especially nice, with a lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere.
There are, however, a few small areas that could be improved. The pool, sauna, and massage services are only available until 8 p.m., which makes it hard for guests staying just one night to enjoy them — especially if they spend the day exploring outside and return later in the evening.
Another thing is the balcony. While the room itself was excellent, the balcony faced nearby residential buildings rather than the sea, so the view wasn’t as great as expected. A sea-facing view would have made the experience perfect.
Regarding the food, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was generally good, with a decent variety and acceptable quality, though not particularly impressive for a four- or five-star hotel.
Dinner, on the other hand, felt overpriced. Although the restaurant has a perfect Google rating, I personally wouldn’t give it five stars. Most of the dishes tasted fine, but the portions were quite small and the flavors didn’t really justify the price (over €20–30 per dish). That said, the environment was lovely and the service was great, so overall, I would still rate the restaurant four stars.
In summary, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere. It would be even better if the spa facilities had longer opening hours and the dining experience offered better value for money. I’d still recommend this hotel, especially for those who plan to stay more than one night.

Pphilj0528The place of the hotel was great. Very quiet nice views. Also the food was delicious. The managers were super kind. I hope to visit there once again.

GGuest UserFacilities: As a resort hotel, the facilities are not meticulous enough, especially the bathroom, toilet and shower space are very cramped, the design of the sink is also very strange, the water can splash a little bigger. There is a separate dressing room in the house, which is very convenient. The pillows are small and soft. . . The bathrobe on the mat is not high enough. Good gym
Service: Thoughtful and rich breakfast. Benedict eggs are delicious
The room is equipped with the hotel's own foot drag
