The hotel is a bit old, but it is still clean. I stayed for the second time.

I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

Really good hotel clean rooms We stayed for an overnight trip and I was extremely impressed. The room was lovely and clean with a spacious bathroom. The only issue we had was the noise from the traffic but once we closed the window it was quiet. Perfect hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Most authoritative evaluation: No mineral water is provided, no disposable toothbrushes, slippers, toothpaste, the room is very cold and no heating! There is no stairs on the second floor! Because there are more things, it is very tired when moving, and then there is very little toilet paper, basically no new ones!

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city centre. The staff are most professional and helpful, and keen to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. The building itself, however, is old and badly in need of a complete upgrade to bring it up to modern standards. The room was clean but scruffy wit9h chipped paint,, and fixtures and fittings stuck firmly in the 1970s. The bed was acceptable but the sprung mattress bore witness to its antiquity and should be replaced with a modern foam mattress.

We stayed in March 2024 had a good experience then, but this visit last weekend 11th May 24 was very disappointing we found the room dirty with insects crawling around under the bed, we asked to change room which we did but found the same problem which i pointed out to the night receptionist, he came up with a 3rd room clean luckily at midnight, now very tired we slept well and spoke to reception at check out who offered us a complimentary Breakfast which was nice but doesn't make you want to return again if the rooms are presented to you so dirty please see photos i did write to the hotel manager on 13th May but as yet have received NO reply

Fast, easy and very pleasant check in and out. Kept our bags in storage room for a full day on day of check out as our train wasn’t due to leave until 8:00pm. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Bar food was lovely and reasonably priced. Overall very happy with our stay.

The deluxe double room is nice and the scenery outside is also good.

First time I have stayed there hotel is beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was a break for me and my wife as my mum passed 10 days ago and we wanted a break. Nice big room shame no bath, only problem we were near the staff exit and heard noise till late and very early in the morning. I complained to receptionist and we have a discounted rate next time we stay. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
