I really liked my stay at the H2 Hotel München Olimpiapark. Cozy, comfortable rooms, separate bath and toilet, air conditioning.
A hearty and varied breakfast, a huge selection of hot drinks, juices, pastries.
Good and pleasant service, all questions were resolved quickly at the reception desk in the language you speak.
I will definitely come to this hotel again. Thank you.
We have been travelling the world for six months , stayed in alot of places but the Hyperion , Munich exceeded our expectations on all levels . Thank you for sharing your wonderful hotel with two grateful Kiwis 🇳🇿 the staff were friendly and helpful , the breakfast had great variety for hungry travellers , easy access to trams , metro etc , the rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable and the best thing was a free minibar in the room , I mean who does that 🙌 We will recommend this place to many others as we continue our travels 🍺🍺
They charge to use the pool 10 euros per stay I don't understand why it's not included. Also they need to work on the air conditioning temperature and keep it at 23 and so in July it's just simply warm and wasn't able to use any covers. No soap no toothbrush no toothpaste no amenities really to speak of in the room. I love the location it's 200 m from the train station and very easy to get into the old town. The pool was a good size and I used it every day although it does close at 10:00 p.m. . I did not partake in the breakfast because I thought it was slightly pricey. I would stay here again but not in the summer The staff also needs to learn about the restaurants in the vicinity they seem somewhat unknowledgeable regarding the subject.
We booked a double room with a double bed. We ask the staff if it is indeed a room with a double bed. Unpleasant response from the young lady who told us ”yes, I know you had reserved that but we no longer have any available, you don't have to put the two beds together.”
Ok, so you have to understand that's how it is and shut up. Unacceptable!
the kid ended up biting sharp material from the food that almost looks like a broken glass. it was investigated by hotel that it is hard solid salt but it was almost like broken glass part.. tried to report the issue but nearly everyone in hotel was outsources temporary staffs only..
A cost-effective hotel near the exhibition. The room is bigger than expected, the hanging chair is quite comfortable, the decoration is very European, the facilities are a bit old, the bed and cups are very narrow, just get used to it. There is a football field behind, and there happened to be a game, which was quite exciting. The breakfast tasted okay. Remember to confirm the itinerary before booking. Because my itinerary changed, I negotiated to cancel the last night several days in advance but was rejected. Maybe I was too strict... In short, it is a cost-effective choice during the exhibition.

Quite a bit far away from the train station stop, you will need to roll your luggage. But next to the bus stop of the airport shuttle. Restaurant food is meh. Digestible. Super clean and everything renovated, except service staff attitude I guess. Made me wait for check in for an hour out of the principal as the rule is check in only strictly at 3pm and early check in costs same as stay effectively. Never experienced such a mindless rule especially when the hotel was not very occupied or busy.
When checked in, the front office staff took her time searching for something on the computer. Also did not explain anything about the hotel - breakfast timing, sauna, timing etc etc. here is your card and off you go.
When ordered food in the restaurant to take it upstairs, was given a full on tray, and it was quite difficult to press elevator buttons with full on tray in both my hands and needed to swipe the card in the elevator on top of it. Nobody helped. Again, not like they were busy. Occupancy rate, judging by the number of people at dinner was max 25%.
Won’t stay again.
It's on the top floor, so the room is spacious. And it's well-maintained, so it's very clean. The windows open, so it's comfortable and nice. The bed is very wide, so I was able to roll around by myself. The old town is just across the street, and the central station is right there.

Great
888topThe room was spotless and had no strange odors, and it was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The continental breakfast was quite extensive. Overall, it offers good value for money, and there was plenty of parking available. My only minor gripe was that the duvet was a bit short, making it slightly uncomfortable.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is far from new, but many rooms have been renovated. Construction is in full swing on Schillerstrasse and everything is blocked off. The area was very controversial, but has now become quite unpleasant. Hotels give good discounts in connection with this, I think. The hotel has a good breakfast.
GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the facilities, room size and service here. It is very close to the station, and the station is not far from the city center, just a few minutes' walk. The two front desk staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they took me to the floor where I was staying and introduced the breakfast place. My charging cable was broken, and they helped me find a charging cable to lend me. I will recommend this hotel next time or if my friends come over.

GGuest UserI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
TTraveler 123Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
GGuest UserIt is close to the airport, very convenient, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport, no need to take another taxi. It is clean and tidy, the service attitude of the waiter is very enthusiastic, and it is a good experience.
Yyuk kei elstan fongThe hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!
GGuest UserThere is a construction site near the one side of the hotel, we were frightened by the entire room being trembling like there is an earthquake at 7 am in the morning. We talked to the hotel and they offered a quiet and nice room for us, since then we had a very pleasant stay here.
If you’re traveling by train from Munich, I’d strongly recommend this place without any questions.
