"Nice room and hotel. Front of house service were absolutely terrible. They did not explain to me that parking was an additional fee, they simply took my registration. They should be transparent with the fact that parking is an additional fee on site, not trying and hide that until the clients invoice arrives?! Breakfast was actually quite good as long as you're not expecting 5 or 6* food. It was delicious and good sustenance. Location is super. Right near Regent's Park. Not the most appealing hotel from outside, but inside is fine. Last point, while th decorations/renovations are great, they could have installed new showers. The bathtub shower is tiny, difficult to stand in and the water pressure was appalling. Would I stay here again? No. Was it a decent hotel? Yes. Was the price appropriate per night? This is London, nothing is priced appropriately. Enjoy your stay!"

Great location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

Excellent beds, room and service. Whole family enjoyed the stay and fresh, healthy breakfast was a big highlight for us all. Staff were kind and helpful. One offered fresh lemon slices for hot drinks because one of the children had a runny nose. This was very much appreciated. Ladies Only timings for pool and gym would be much appreciated in future! Children were shocked to find a grown man undressed walking around the changing rooms. This is unacceptable and hotel staff should take care to avoid these problems by adding signage for appropriate dress code in a family friendly hotel.

Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. I particularly enjoyed the shops on both sides of the street leading to the subway station; it has all the well-known chain stores in the UK. Honestly, the price on Trip.com was the best option among all booking platforms.

Our family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Tower of London. While we were queuing for check-in, a waiter offered us white wine, and the thoughtful dry white was really good! The waiting area had large sofas and lemon water, perfect for a short rest 💤. The room truly exceeded expectations – it was spacious and very comfortable, even with slippers provided. It felt much better overall than other well-known brand hotels we booked in the city! I forgot my power bank in the waiting area, couldn't find it when I went back down, but after asking the lovely lady at the front desk, they had found and kept it for me, which I really appreciated! Oh, and breakfast was also fantastic!

Very enjoyed my stay here, some of the hair from the last residents have stayed but overall good cleaning, great room and great service. There's a great spa and a small store for necessarities in the loby. Did not care for the treatment in the rooftop bar, it was presented in the website as part of the facilities accessed to the guests but actually you have to reserve a place few days before.

Sofitel London Heathrow

My stay at the Sofitel London Heathrow was absolutely fantastic, five-star review! The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location, directly connected to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. This is a huge relief for travelers with early morning flights, late arrivals, or those needing to transfer, as you don't have to lug your baggage around. The hotel's overall ambiance is very high-quality, with spacious and grand public areas. The rooms are clean and tidy, and both the space and amenities are excellent. The bedding was especially comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb; even though it's right next to the airport, I wasn't bothered by airplane noise when resting. The staff were professional and friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth. The breakfast selection was also very rich, perfectly meeting my needs before departure. Overall, the location, comfort, and service were all of a very high standard, making it a highly recommendable hotel near Heathrow Airport. It's especially recommended for travelers departing from T5. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I have a layover or an early flight at Heathrow!

Overall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

Cons: There was a small bloodstain on the bedsheet at the foot of the bed, like a squashed mosquito. The room only provided two bottles of water on the first day, and two biscuits on the teacup on the second day, but nothing else for the remaining days of my four-night stay. The trash can had no liner, which might be for environmental reasons, but it made me hesitant to even put fruit peels in it. Pros: The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Big Ben. There's free iced water and apples at the entrance. It's quite expensive, nearly 2,000 per night, and that doesn't even include breakfast or daily complimentary water. I rated the service as good because when I asked a staff member if complimentary water was provided daily, he said he didn't know but still gave us two bottles for free. Later, when we asked the front desk, they said it wasn't policy, so I really appreciated the staff member's kindness.

Park Hyatt London River Thames

We travelled with a 6-month old baby and we stayed at the Park Hyatt London River Thames in May 2026 in the King Corner Room for 4 nights and in the Deluxe Room for 3 nights. We were very impressed overall with the quality of the rooms and service we received. Location: The hotel is located in the Nine Elms/Vauxhall neighbourhood in Zone 1 of London. It is a little far off the centre and the main attractions in central London but that was fine with us and we intentionally chose this locations we wanted to be away from the crowds and noise in central London. Notwithstanding that, the hotel is located near the Nine Elms tube station which is on the Northern Line. It takes about 5 mins to walk to Nine Elms station and it takes about 10 mins to get from Nine Elms to Tottenham Court station. Room The corner king room was serviceable but the deluxe room was very impressive. The deluxe room was spacious and we had enough space for a crib. The finishings were very modern and tasteful. The aesthetics of the hotel evoked a sense of understated sophistication. As we were travelling with a 6-month old baby, the hotel also provided numerous amenities such as a crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and steam steriliser. Service The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. From the moment we got off our taxi, the porters greeted us and helped us with our bags. We were provided with water while waiting to check in. Housekeeping staff were always pleasant, non-intrusive, and warm and friendly. Everyone we met at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. The first 4 photos are of the Deluxe Room. Definitely book the deluxe room if it is within your budget. We did not regret it.
