Beautiful clean room with ensuite. A 7 minute walk to the airport. Friendly staff. Lovely restaurant. Few shops in surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

A shower without a door or a curtain is not avant-garde, it’s not modern, it’s not even clever; it’s just a headache and inconvenience for hotel guests and cleaning staff alike.  The faucet in the shower is very modern. Two knobs, one which turns the water on, and the other which selects whether the water comes out of the fixed shower head above, or the movable shower wand. Choose wrong and enjoy a blast of ice cold water from above.  This is not something a person wants to figure out when they step into the shower first thing in the morning.

We visited for my husbands birthday and our Wedding anniversary. The hotel was stunning from the entrance to the lounge decor to the room. We were kindly given an upgrade and were so very grateful. The room was amazing, nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and something for everyone. The hotel has a strong cultural atmosphere, is very unique, and is beautifully decorated. The breakfast is very good, and the restaurant environment is also very good! The sauna on the first floor is also very good!

Fab stay, 10 min uber to the o2 which only cost around £10. Clean room, huge bathroom with shower and separate bath! Lovely friendly staff, hotel parking available for £30 a night. Would recommend and definitely return for my next trip to London!

My brother has a 15-year-old child and booked a double bed room. The hotel facilities are very good, with a large lawn, football field, swimming pool, gym, and free parking. The room is also very clean and quite large. The breakfast is OK. It feels like all hotel breakfasts in the UK are the same. The hotel is far from the city. It costs 8 or 9 pounds to take a taxi from the hotel to the subway during off-peak hours and 18 or 19 pounds during busy hours. The difference is quite large, but it is more cost-effective than driving. Overall it is OK. Except for the troublesome transportation, everything else is OK.

Brilliant service, They cater to their customers. Upon arrival i had a lot of luggage and a kind gent kindly opened the door for me and indicated where to check in. Smooth sailing process. We had a beautiful room. This hotel trip of two nights was for my girlfriends birthday celebration, so i did inform them about decorating. Overall experience 8.5/10

Good hotel in this area I like it because It is very affordable price and you can walk from the subway 5 minutes and you will see the hotel. The reception is ready to see u

The front desk team at this hotel are amazing! I was warmly welcomed and got an early check in plus an upgrade to my room. As a first time guest this was truly an awesome experience. This is a very lovely, luxurious hotel with all facilities one needs to enjoy a stay in a very nice area of London. The views from the room, the amenities,the restaurant, Spa and all are top notch. This one is not to be missed. Trust me.
