Guest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

Guest UserThis hotel is well located for anyone visiting the O2 Arena or the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. It's also just a short train ride from the Tower of London.
I loved that they offered coffee, tea, fruit, and a small cake at any time of day.
The breakfast could have been better, and the room was missing a bathrobe and slippers. But it will definitely be a place I return to whenever I'm on that side of London.

LiaoliaoThe hotel is quiet for sleeping and conveniently located for transportation. Right outside the lobby, there's a bus stop, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. Kensington Gardens is right next to the hotel, and if you walk down the street, you'll find attractions like Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace all along the way. The restaurant staff are enthusiastic and patient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in London. However, why hasn't my deposit been refunded to my account a whole month after checking out?

Guest UserOur family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

Guest UserWe are regulars of this hotel as we frequently enjoy it but this time was a little different, main thing was we tried to ride the bikes, which we needed a password from reception to unlock, asked reception they said nothing to do with them ask concierge, so we asked them and they said exactly the same thing, kept fobbing us off to each other back and forth about 3/4 times, was then told to wait 5 min for the manager. . 45 min later still waiting in the lobby, complete waste of time and nobody tried helping us. Not sure the last time the pool was cleaned as we kept standing on bits that were floating around the water and touching our feet so we got out pretty much instantly, paid for executive room for the lounge and whenever we down to grab a snack there was only peanuts there for the whole day. Been here 5-10 times as a nice regular getaway but think I’ll be finding somewhere new in the future.

Very enjoyed my stay here, some of the hair from the last residents have stayed but overall good cleaning, great room and great service. There's a great spa and a small store for necessarities in the loby. Did not care for the treatment in the rooftop bar, it was presented in the website as part of the facilities accessed to the guests but actually you have to reserve a place few days before.

Guest UserIt’s superb location as it’s literally 5 mins walk to T5. It’s very convenient especially to catch an early morning flight.
The team is very pleasant and professional. I felt very welcoming at reception even it’s a fairly busy afternoon at check in desk.
The team at the gym, restaurant, spa is all very consistent and have very good customer services. It was a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserOverall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

haoxidiTraveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

Guest UserWe travelled with a 6-month old baby and we stayed at the Park Hyatt London River Thames in May 2026 in the King Corner Room for 4 nights and in the Deluxe Room for 3 nights. We were very impressed overall with the quality of the rooms and service we received.
Location: The hotel is located in the Nine Elms/Vauxhall neighbourhood in Zone 1 of London. It is a little far off the centre and the main attractions in central London but that was fine with us and we intentionally chose this locations we wanted to be away from the crowds and noise in central London.
Notwithstanding that, the hotel is located near the Nine Elms tube station which is on the Northern Line. It takes about 5 mins to walk to Nine Elms station and it takes about 10 mins to get from Nine Elms to Tottenham Court station.
Room
The corner king room was serviceable but the deluxe room was very impressive. The deluxe room was spacious and we had enough space for a crib.
The finishings were very modern and tasteful. The aesthetics of the hotel evoked a sense of understated sophistication.
As we were travelling with a 6-month old baby, the hotel also provided numerous amenities such as a crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and steam steriliser.
Service
The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. From the moment we got off our taxi, the porters greeted us and helped us with our bags. We were provided with water while waiting to check in. Housekeeping staff were always pleasant, non-intrusive, and warm and friendly. Everyone we met at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful.
The first 4 photos are of the Deluxe Room. Definitely book the deluxe room if it is within your budget. We did not regret it.
