"The hotel's location is excellent, and the hygiene service is good. Apart from the second night when the room wasn't as clean as it should have been, the room cleaning was generally very good on the other days. A significant drawback is that the hotel phone couldn't connect to the front desk service. If I needed anything, I had to go down to the ground floor lobby to speak with staff in person."

Hotel near Buckingham Palace,London
Exceeding expectations at every turn; our historic and fully restored hotel has a team who take genuine pride in delivering impeccable service. Within walking distance of Green Park and Victoria Station; enjoy live music in the New York Bar; a Royal Afternoon Tea in the Palace Lounge; delicious cuisine in the elegant English Grill and authentic flavours in The Curry Room.

"The room is not big, but very luxurious, and it is cleaned every day. Although it is charged, it is worth it. It is next to Buckingham Palace. The welcome snacks are especially delicious. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. They greet us every day in their hearts. Later, they will give them the coins as a tip. There are breakfast shops on both sides of the house, and there are different styles. The opposite Miss Rose is more arrogant. You can swipe your card without receiving cash. You have to wait for the lead. There are many style chains in the streets that turn left. Some can cash, some can swipe your card, I have eaten it for a few days, I don’t step on thunder. Turn right at the breakfast shop. Some forks are bad. Please pay attention to check. After two consecutive days, the mouth of the guests was scratched, but the taste was not bad."

The hotel boasts a strategic location, perfect for classic shopping trips and sightseeing. The rooms are larger than average for London, and the services are good. The building itself is quite old but well-maintained and partially modernized. The tea room and Indian restaurant are excellent. The main drawback, typical for hotels of this kind, is the bathroom – while efficient and clean, it's definitely dated and offers limited amenities.

There were three things that made this stay less than ideal: 1. I had already told the front desk to prepare the sofa bed, but when I returned that night, it still hadn't been set up. I had to call the front desk again to have someone take care of it. 2. At around midnight, someone knocked on the door, but there was no reason for it. The whole family was getting ready for bed, so I called the front desk to report it. Later, a staff member knocked on the door again. I opened it to check and found a takeout bag outside the door, but we hadn't ordered any takeout... 3. This morning, after breakfast, I returned to the room around 10:45 a.m. to find that none of the room keys were working. 31/7/2026

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 7 nights. The first two nights were in a Royal King room facing the lawn and Kensington Palace, which was quieter. For the remaining 5 nights, we stayed in a slightly cheaper Classic King room facing the street. The view was better, and occasionally we'd hear police cars or ambulance sirens, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Our family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

We are regulars of this hotel as we frequently enjoy it but this time was a little different, main thing was we tried to ride the bikes, which we needed a password from reception to unlock, asked reception they said nothing to do with them ask concierge, so we asked them and they said exactly the same thing, kept fobbing us off to each other back and forth about 3/4 times, was then told to wait 5 min for the manager. . 45 min later still waiting in the lobby, complete waste of time and nobody tried helping us. Not sure the last time the pool was cleaned as we kept standing on bits that were floating around the water and touching our feet so we got out pretty much instantly, paid for executive room for the lounge and whenever we down to grab a snack there was only peanuts there for the whole day. Been here 5-10 times as a nice regular getaway but think I’ll be finding somewhere new in the future.

AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Booked for 1 night for my Mum and I before our early morning flight to Santorini. Exceptional location spitting distance (short walk) straight into Terminal. Great service from all staff, quick check in, help with heavy bags from taxi up to room and perfectly clean room. Lobby bar and restaurant excellent, we enjoyed food and prosecco before bed. Highly recommend.

Overall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

The location is good, very near to the Waterloo station. I stayed in the UK for 1 week in the very hot season in June, therefore I need to book a hotel with air conditioning. I used the fitness centre every day, not many equipement but adequet for my daily wrorkout. It's not very far away to the sight seeing area in London, like the Big Ben, Westminister Abbey, etc. I have been staying at another Park Plaza hotel near Westminister Brige before, I have no doubt to recommend Park Plaza brand hotel. One comment on the shower water pressure. The water was either all hot or cold water, difficult to adjust to warm water and the water flow was a bit slow and small.

Park Hyatt London River Thames

We travelled with a 6-month old baby and we stayed at the Park Hyatt London River Thames in May 2026 in the King Corner Room for 4 nights and in the Deluxe Room for 3 nights. We were very impressed overall with the quality of the rooms and service we received. Location: The hotel is located in the Nine Elms/Vauxhall neighbourhood in Zone 1 of London. It is a little far off the centre and the main attractions in central London but that was fine with us and we intentionally chose this locations we wanted to be away from the crowds and noise in central London. Notwithstanding that, the hotel is located near the Nine Elms tube station which is on the Northern Line. It takes about 5 mins to walk to Nine Elms station and it takes about 10 mins to get from Nine Elms to Tottenham Court station. Room The corner king room was serviceable but the deluxe room was very impressive. The deluxe room was spacious and we had enough space for a crib. The finishings were very modern and tasteful. The aesthetics of the hotel evoked a sense of understated sophistication. As we were travelling with a 6-month old baby, the hotel also provided numerous amenities such as a crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and steam steriliser. Service The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. From the moment we got off our taxi, the porters greeted us and helped us with our bags. We were provided with water while waiting to check in. Housekeeping staff were always pleasant, non-intrusive, and warm and friendly. Everyone we met at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. The first 4 photos are of the Deluxe Room. Definitely book the deluxe room if it is within your budget. We did not regret it.
