"Very good welcome I have a very good stay in the ornamental bathrooms. The swimming pool and sauna is a real one , especially in a period of heat . I advise this hotel for a pleasant moment. Only bemol, the aspirator in the rooms all morning by household women prevents the morning grace but well apart from this, you need to do the household well if you want a quality of cleanliness. 😁"

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the old town is within a few steps, and the train station is within walking distance. The interior of the hotel combines tradition and modernity. The swimming pool on the lower floor of the lobby is a highlight of the hotel, with moderate water temperature and a quiet environment. The hotel is affiliated with Marriott Group and the service is in place. After the guests check in, the front desk of the hotel must be praised by the non-luggage service staff accompanying the room. The service has not been experienced by the domestic five-star hotel. Breakfast Western style, small and exquisite environment, the only regret is that there is no Asian variety.

GGuest UserHere's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Pros: - Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town. - Helpful staff - Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm - Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub - Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags - Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces. Cons: - Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross. - Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in. - Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed. - Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high. - Parking spaces were limited. - Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from. - Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service.

GGuest UserIt is a good hotel for those who is traveling to Normandy and have to stop for one-two nights. We had a very spacious room with dark wallpapers on the wall and with a balcony. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, sleepers (finally!!!) and two bath robes for me and my daughter. It is not new, you can notice it, however it was a very cozy environment. The hotel is in far from the beach, but close to the Hippodrome. Also, the were some shops and not expensive pharmacy near the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located quite far, on higher ground. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, which is a bit far, and the walk back was uphill and left me breathless! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the room I was given was on the back side of the hill, so the view of the city wasn't great. A room facing the city would have been much better! The breakfast was excellent, very well prepared. The tea bags were from Kusmi and tasted great. The coffee was also delicious, and there were salmon, ham, cheese, etc., all very elegant!
