Hotels With Spa in Centre-Val de Loire, France

First of all, I want to give this hotel a bad review. We booked a castle bed room type. In the picture display on the Trip platform, there is a bathtub room type. We were going to live in Loire, but we saw a bathtub. Considering that there are many walks in Paris, the children can rest in the hotel that day. I chose to drive an extra hour to stay at this hotel. But when I checked in, I found that not only a small attic room, but also no bathtub. I communicated with the hotel through the Trip platform. The reply was that the room was full on the same day and there was no other changeable. This is obviously a wrong logic. Since it shows that the bathtub room can be booked, it should be arranged, on the pretext of full room, since the order is confirmed, it shows that our agreement is established, and the result is to arrange a room type that does not meet our agreement on the spot, which is obviously not in line with the spirit of compliance advocated by Europe. This is a fraud. I want to give Trip a thumbs up here, I have been insisting on helping us communicate with relevant agents and hotels, and finally reached a compensation agreement. But the regrettable thing happened again. I found that the air conditioner in our room could not work. I repeatedly communicated with the hotel. The last two air conditioners had a weak wind. We opened the window to sleep a little, but there was an air conditioner buzzing outside the window, which caused me to fall asleep very late. The next morning, another blow hit. Because I fell asleep late the first night, the child woke up at 10:30 the next morning. The hotel reminded us when we checked in. The breakfast time in the restaurant was 7-10, and the breakfast delivery service could be until 11 o'clock. We communicated with the hotel by phone at 10:45 and asked the restaurant to send breakfast to the room, but until 11:03, there was still no breakfast. Considering the need to drive a long distance to Charles de Gaulle Airport to check in, we really didn't have time to argue with the hotel. I'm so hungry to check out and leave. The environment of the hotel is good, the so-called castle hotel, the castle is small, but the building is beautiful, there are forests and lotus ponds in the courtyard, there are small frogs on the lotus leaves, the restaurant is open, sitting in the yard to eat, watching the scenery is very comfortable. The hotel also has a small swimming pool. The hardware is good and the environment is very good. The facilities in the room are also very new and the bathroom facilities are of good quality. The location of the hotel is on the half-mountain side of Tour, the Loire River is under the mountain, and the old town of Tour is also under the mountain, about3.5 kilometers away. Driving down the mountain, you can locate the church of Tur. After the evening, you can park your car in the parking lot between the church and the castle. It is free. There are various restaurants on the side street. There is also a Carrefour open until 10 pm. The street restaurant has French Italian and Syrian dishes. French food is more troublesome. It is not very troublesome to speak French. The price per person is about 20 euros. If you want insurance, go to eat simple Turkish barbecue.

Dringend aan vernieuwing toe.

Nous sommes restées pour un séjour d'une nuit entre sœur. L'endroit est stratégique, vous serez au plus prêt du château dans le domaine de Chambord, le parking vous est réservé. Au départ, très mauvaise impression : nous sommes tombées sur une réceptionniste qui savait à peine parler français, elle a commencé par nous dire que notre chambre n'était pas prête (à presque 16 heures) sans nous proposer d'alternative et sans nous donner d'heure à laquelle revenir. Elle nous a dit d'aller nous promener dans le parc en attendant, ce qui n'était pas perspicace car nous venions de faire beaucoup de route et nous voulions nous reposer avant de sortir diner, sans remarquer non plus que j'étais enceinte ! Pour couronner le tout, elle a insisté pour nous faire payer le petit déjeuner à deux reprises alors que l'offre que nous avions prise comprenait le petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû insister et elle ne s'est même pas excusée de son erreur. Heureusement, une collègue est venue ''sauver les meubles'', en nous proposant de garder nos bagages et nous offrant une boisson au restaurant. Nous avons appris par la suite que la première réceptionniste était une stagiaire, ce qui expliquait son manque de professionnalisme. Après ce désagrément, tout fût pour le mieux : nous avons pu profiter du SPA (penser à réserver votre créneau à l'accueil), notamment du jacuzzi à l'extérieur et de la salle de détente très agréable. La chambre était telle que je l'espérais, assez spacieuse et lumineuse, très propre et confortable. Les produits habituels sont a disposition : peignoirs, chaussons, lotions, etc... Le soir, nous avons choisi de ne pas diner au restaurant (parait il assez cher et pas incroyable) mais dans un petit bistrot de la ville d'à côté, tout à fait honnête. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit déjeuner : il y avait une délicieuse charlotte aux fraises faite maison, boissons, viennoiseries, salé et sucré à volonté. Petit plus : ils proposent des billets coupe fil à l'accueil que je conseil de prendre afin d'éviter les heures de queue pour visiter le château. En bref, à part le gros raté du début, nous avons ADORE ! J'y serais bien restée une nuit de plus !

Très beau domaine. Les installations sont très bien organisées entre le SPA, le restaurant et les chambres. Les chambres avec une thématique de lieux de voyage sont très bien décorés, dépaysant. Le personnel est très souriant et très compétent, je recommande.

The room was clean and tidy, a quiet room was arranged, and I slept well at night. The hotel has its own parking lot in the courtyard, which is convenient and safe. The reception was warm and friendly and willing to help. Hotel location is good, the environment is beautiful and quiet, very close to the Champs-Elysées. The only downside is that there is no place to eat around, but the hotel seems to be able to provide meals.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. My room is modest, newly decorated, double isolation, my room is on the road, no passing road, so opening the window is possible.  I haven't had the opportunity to test breakfast restaurant and spa, which justify may be the price. For a single room in a step, the quality price ratio is absolutely not good. Private parking is very good, and sympathetic welcome by Jean Pierre.

It is almost the best hotel in the area, in the city center, within a ten-minute walk from the train station and famous European churches. The hotel is very traditional, the rooms are very clean, and compared to the small rooms in many European hotels, this one is spacious. My colleagues said that their room is not exactly the same as mine, as if every room is not exactly the same. The hotel's restaurant is also authentic French food, and the order of eating is very particular, and there is a lot of wine. The bread for breakfast has a strong wheat flavor, which is very delicious and chewy. If you eat too much, your cheeks will be a little tired 😄. There are desktop fireworks for birthdays.

The hotel is a small manor in the suburbs of the city. It is very convenient to drive by car. The rooms are beautiful and old. The room with French siding material gives a warm feeling. Just arrived at the hotel, the fireplace in the lounge is still lit, for a long time. I have seen the fire of the real fire. The sweet wine taste of the welcome wine from the hotel is really good. It is suitable for me. I don’t like the taste of the restaurant. To be honest at the hotel, don’t eat dinner here. This meal is the most unpalatable meal I have ever eaten in France. It is recommended to eat in the hotel and come to the hotel again. The breakfast is so selective, it is not comparable to the buffet type offered by the same level hotel in China. It is convenient to eat, the garden is quite big, and even two deer are encountered. In short, this hotel is worth staying!
