AAlbert CKThe first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia.
The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

GGuest UserStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

GGuest UserGreat location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. The restaurant seems overpriced, with breakfast at €22 per person so I did not try it. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and comfy bed, although the mini fridge was not cold at all (even after I changed settings) and the aircon was slow. Not soundproof at all– luckily I had earplugs but my partner didn’t and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms from the elevator, as well as hearing everything outside the window.

CCall me ZhalaThe hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus.
However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site.
On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

IIlsonwolfWhile we only had a room for one night as usual Eurostars Lucentum was right up there. We we're given a superior double room with a king-size bed, the bathroom was huge & catered for all our needs. We did not eat at this property but would 100% recommend to family and friends.

SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

JJ.A.G. van KleefThis is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the beach. Street parking was a challenge on weekends, and while there's a garage, it's quite expensive for longer stays. The breakfast buffet was well-organized and offered a good variety.
A significant drawback was the difficulty in communicating in English; a basic grasp of Spanish is really necessary. We also had to request fresh bed linen after 7 days.
On the positive side, the staff were helpful and friendly. The double bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a wonderfully hot shower. However, the room itself was very small, with the shower literally in the main area, and there was limited storage space. The swimming pool was excellent!

FFcsWe haven't had any problems, the facilities are very good, the spa without restrictions, the food is good, there is a gateway to access directly from the hotel to the beach.
