I have stayed here several times, and the hotel is as good as always. This time I had more luggage, and I was going to other cities and then back. The hotel stored my luggage for free, which was very helpful. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when they come to Valencia.
The hotel is not located in the center, but in a modern area. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the center. The bus arrives almost empty. The breakfast is average. The pool is small, there are few sun loungers, there are also sofas and plastic chairs.
I originally chose the hall after seeing the environment. Indeed, the hall is very atmospheric. That is, because of the passage of time, the room layout and room facilities have returned to a long time ago. At least I don't like the bedding. The hardness of the synthetic fiber makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The hotel is in a good location, only ten minutes' drive from the city center and the seaside.
The hotel is very modern, room is relatively less modern. Overall is good size and good value.
No subway to Central, Uber or taxi is about 14euros one way
Parking is 23eur.
Restaurants and supermarkets is within few hundred metres away.
We had a lovely 4 night break at the hotel Neptuno.
The room was comfortable and clean with complimentary tea and coffee and it had a fridge with complimentary water, fanta lemon and coke.
The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, hot food, cakes etc. We enjoyed the omelettes and pancakes which were made to order.
We went to the spa one evening which was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Kind and friendly staff. Room is spacious enough for a business trip, with good variety of amenities including nespresso machine, kettle, bath amenities (incl. conditioner and body cream) and toothbrush but no slippers or bath robe. Highly recommended.
This new hotel equipped with latest tech items to make our stay (3 nights) comfortable and enjoyable. The design of our room (junior suite) is fabulous, tasteful yet simple and functional, spotless clean. Front desk staff are all extremely helpful and attentive indeed. Location is super convenient with just 100m walk to the centre. We will definitely come back MYR Puerta Serranos next time when we visit Valencia again!
Everything is great in the hotel - location, spacious bright room, great delicious restaurant, and also SPA... especially wonderful massage after the half marathon...
However, there was a moment that upset me - I arrived at the hotel after the competition at about 13:00, at the reception they said that the room would be ready at the standard 15:00... Ok... I waited
Impressive was my surprise that when I entered the room I saw someone's dirty cotton swabs and garbage in the bucket, as well as (sorry for the details) uncleaned toilet and trouble(((this is unpleasant...
Luckily there was a maid on the floor, I called her and she fixed everything! However, I think that in a 5-star hotel, such excesses should not happen...
Alicante is a beautiful coastal city in southeastern Spain, located on the Mediterranean coast, known for its sunny beaches, historic sites and cuisine. It is part of the Valencia Autonomous Region and a famous resort.
Alicante must visit:
• Santa Barbara Castle (Castillo de Santa Bárbara): Overlooking
The hotel is in a good location and there are scenic spots nearby. The room is oversized, the staff is very good, and the hotel's cooperative restaurant tastes good.

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!
AAnonymous UserWhy are hotels in Barcelona so expensive? Why are hotels in Barcelona so expensive? Very close to the beach, but the weather is not good ...

FFcsWe haven't had any problems, the facilities are very good, the spa without restrictions, the food is good, there is a gateway to access directly from the hotel to the beach.

SSushannuoshigexiaogongzhuHotel prices in Alicante have increased a lot, and NH is already a relatively convenient hotel in the city. The service is OK, but the room facilities are a bit old. I was given a room near the island, and the noise is still a bit loud. If you use it as a transit accommodation, it is quite good. The supermarket nearby is also open on Sundays, and you can also order Chinese takeout nearby with Uber.

GGuest UserHotel opposite the Mercado, close to the pedestrian area and many attractions of Alicante. Central location allows for convenient sightseeing during the day and night. Rooms clean and comfortable.
