Very satisfied, must be five-star praise! As a newly opened hotel, although the service is still slightly astringent compared to other mid-to-high-end hotels under Huazhu Group, the sincerity and enthusiasm are enough to make up for all the details that are still running into. The hotel is impressive regardless of location, service attitude, hardware facilities or software packages. Especially commendable is the butler's intimate service and the courtesy and enthusiasm of all staff~ work late at night until the early morning, try to contact the butler to ask for supper, even seconds! The delivery is also very fast and on time, and the experience is very good. From the guest room, restaurant to the front desk, butler, the service staff in each link are professional, treat the questions and suggestions raised by the guests, respond promptly and improve quickly, this attitude of paying attention to feedback is commendable. I used to live in Xining in a certain S, but now I have another high-quality choice, and the service experience is better and the price is higher. I will stay again later and hope that the hotel can always maintain such an excellent standard.

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

The Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!
