The room was perfect. I especially liked the decoration inspired by the mountains of Zhangjiajie and how spacious it was. The hotel is also really close to Tianmen mountain, you can literally go walking to the ticket entrance. They also provide pick up service at the airport to take you to the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and Christina at the front desk truly stood out. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a warm smile, making my stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at Home2 has been great! Nicole at the reception was lovely! The original room we booked was facing the train tracks so it was a bit noisy. I told Nicole and she responded very quickly and changed our room so I can have a good sleep! Thank you! The room we changed to is a small suite with plenty of storage and a big bathroom. We had some issues finding cutlery but a call to the reception quickly got what we needed. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but you got everything from cold salad to hot noodles. We feel the stay could have been improved if there is concierge service to help with luggages at door or opening taxi doors when entering the lobby.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes away from Changde Station Very close to the city center, close to Wanda Plaza, Baima Lake Cultural Park The room environment is good, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Baima Lake directly The scenery is in full view, comfortable and cozy!! The bedding is soft, and people who are familiar with the bed can sleep comfortably. The sound insulation is also great, quiet. The dry and wet separated bathroom also has a sink, bathtub, TV, and desk. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool🏊♀️Children's playground... The public facilities are very good. I accompanied my child to the Zhuzhou International Racing Base to participate in the kart endurance race. Marriott is the closest hotel to the race (more than 2 kilometers). The room is spacious, clean and sanitary, the bathroom layout is comfortable, the view is wide, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is super good. Because the child's performance time changed, she also extended the check-out time for us. I will stay here again when I come to the competition in the future. Zhuzhou is really a great place.

I had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges. For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station. About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey. Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town.
