Highly recommend this hotel to stay if you are going to Tianmen Mountain, short 10-15mins distance. Room is very modern and high tech, you can control the room lights and curtains via AI voice assistant or from the screen panels manually. Hotel also provide a one time free pickup or dropoff service to/from airport or zhangjiajie west railway station, just let the hotel know 1 day in advance and they will arrange for you.

Place what deserve more attention, great location, interesting room design, a lot of entertaining surroundings. Wish the best to hotel and more visitors at future. Just little bit learn facility maintain from international brand hotels and be perfect. Shuttle bus very convenient. Food ok for foreigners. Quite and very chilling place. Recommend for people who want rest alone.

I absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could stay even longer. It was a very comfortable, very cozy, and truly pleasant stay for 4 nights. I have traveled to 21 countries, and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The decor and the ambiance is solid throughout every inch of the hotel. They put a lot of thought and care into the layout and decorations, and it's stunning. My room had a cozy little balcony too which was perfect for relaxing after hiking around the Zhangjiajie National Park all day. But the staff are what make this hotel truly exceptional. Every single staff member was genuinely kind and wanted to help me with everything. They reached out to me several days prior to my arrival to get my arrival details so that they could pick me up from the airport, free of charge. Every day they provided breakfast at a time of my choosing (scheduled in advance of the next day), and allowed me to select menu options. They offer both Western and Chinese breakfast options. Every day they also brought me snacks and tea. They were always genuinely happy to see me and to help me with anything. A good example: on my last day I was heading out to the nearest ”Busy for You” to get some snacks for the train the next day, and it was raining a little. I didn't mind since the walk wasn't far, but one of the young gentlemen working there ran after me to hand me an umbrella. They genuinely care for their guests. They offer free laundry service which I recommend. My clothes came back clean and in perfect condition. The restaurant is by reservation only, so please schedule dinner with them in advance if you would like to eat there. Didi had no trouble picking up or dropping off at the hotel. The Tianmen Cabelway Station is about a 15 minute walk away. The 72 Wonder Tower is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. I had originally considered staying closer to the Zhangjiajie National Park, to be able to get there quicker and avoid lines. However, I am so glad I stayed here. There is more food and things available in town than in/closer to the park. I took a Didi from the hotel around 6:45am to the park. It took about 45 minutes with a slow Didi driver lol, and I didn't have any issues with lines. (Zhangjiajie East Gate, week of Sept 12). I absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could stay even longer. I definitely recommend staying here!

As a newly opened hotel this year, I'm generally quite satisfied. A few key points of praise: 1. Excellent front desk service. They guided us to parking and explained the hotel's amenities. 2. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers. They're very efficient. The laundry facilities at the hotel I stayed at a few days ago weren't very good, so yesterday we quickly finished our laundry and went to bed early. 3. After check-out, the front desk gave us a bag of local souvenirs, which really showed the hotel's sincerity. 4. All content on the TV in the room is free. The kids enjoyed watching it. Cleanliness: Didn't notice any stains, so it was okay. One point for improvement: The breakfast selection is limited. One point of feedback: The air conditioner in the room is a bit noisy. After setting the temperature, the air conditioner starts to cool down, then stops when the temperature reaches the set point. Then it starts to cool down again, producing intermittent noise. I brought this up because one of my companions is a light sleeper and is very sensitive to noise. (But I didn't notice it; I slept well.) Overall, the flaws outweigh the advantages. I hope the hotel continues to improve.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! A staff member from the hotel was there to pick us up right after we arrived at the high-speed train station, and the car was a comfortable business vehicle. Cleanliness: Spotless. Location & Amenities: The hotel is incredibly close to the scenic area. A great bonus is that you can purchase discounted attraction tickets from the lobby a day in advance. Facilities: Very well-equipped, and they even have robots delivering takeout! Thoughtful Touches: They also prepared complimentary welcome fruit in our room. Overall, it was an amazing experience! Highly recommend it!

For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!

Real good hotel! Great experience! Very cozy room! There's an induction phone charger in the room, which was great because I'd forgotten mine. The bathroom has a separate toilet and a great hairdryer! There's a pool! The breakfast is very good.

Hotel is nearby a lot of restaurants (Lunch & Dinner) and walking distance about 5mins to the cable car station to TianMenShan (Line B). We travel to Zhangjiajie via high speed train from Changsha. Easily to reach hotel using DiDi from High Speed Train station. Hotel offer free laundry and gym room. Restaurant breakfast buffet also offer variety food selection (Chinese & Western). We reached hotel around 2pm and we decided to spend some time at 72 Floors of Mystery building. Due to the ticket fee is cheaper before 4.30pm (please verify in the official website in case any change in the future), so we enter before that and spend time until night time for more beautiful lighting.

The InterContinental Changsha North Star is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Changsha. On this business trip, right after I checked in, I encountered a TV singing show's production crew departing. The hotel's internal management is excellent; even with several celebrities coming and going, order was maintained impeccably! A quick note: I'm not a celebrity chaser; I just happened to snap a photo. My true admiration is reserved for our brave servicemen and women! The front desk staff (pictured) were extremely professional, proactively communicating about my stay and even asking about my floor preference to ensure a comfortable room assignment. Highly impressed! 👍 The hotel's surroundings boast attractions such as the Changsha Museum, Changsha Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, and Changsha Concert Hall. Moreover, the Xiangjiang River Greenway is right outside the hotel, offering fantastic riverside jogging opportunities. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

I have been to Huaihua for business several times and I always stay here. The price-performance ratio is quite good, the environment is elegant, the facilities and equipment are complete, the high-altitude restaurant and cafe have first-class views, and this time I also enjoyed the high-speed rail station pick-up service, which can only be said to be perfect
