It’s been a while since my last stay at KSL, and this visit was overall decent. Check-in was quite fast, probably helped by the off-peak timing as I arrived around 8pm. The lifts at Tower 1 are much faster compared to Tower 2, and I was happy that my room assignment was near the lift as requested. On the downside, the room could use some refurbishment as the paint looks tired, and the chiller wasn’t working and had a bad smell. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised that the room came with a bathtub, which was a nice touch.

Been here for a few times. Pros: Convenient location with standard room. Hotel was nice to provide complimentary simple decoration and a slice of cake for our birthday celebration. Cons: Housekeeping could be better. Toilet floor is not clean after house keeping, strands of hair still found. Pool close too early at 7pm. Breakfast could do some improvement too.

Nice and clean. Comfortable room. Sad that they only had twin bed when preferred queen but understand it was subject to availability. When I wanted to combine the beds, a staff came to help straight away. I was impressed at how fast they came to help. Overall nice stay and comfortable! Will recommend as it is so near KSL mall, food and beverage places. International buffet breakfast was also very nice with lots of choices. They also have infinity pool which was a nice touch.

Stayed at Sunway Big Box Hotel again with my family and it never disappoints. We’ve been coming back almost every other week, and the consistency of their service and comfort is truly commendable. Rooms are always well-kept, staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere makes it a pleasant stay each time. Perfect for family getaways with the convenience of shopping and dining just nearby. Two thumbs up – highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in very good location . All facilities are available in or around. Staff are polite and good . Breakfast was the with good variety of food items. Will visit more to this place . Definitely will refer to the friends. For family perfect even for solo travellers also

First time heading to mid valley area, thus decide to try out this hotel. After a challenging egate downtime day, I had finally arrived at hotel O PE RO. Pros: Soothing aroma smelly lobby reminds me to Big box hotel. Room was compact but comfortable to sleep well. Giant sogo view motivates my shopping time. Hotel staffs were generous to provide more water as my child was having a nasty sore throat. Thank you. Breakfast - Chicken rendang is towards the sweeter side but bursting with tasty coconut milk. I adored the proficient roti prata chef who won me over with his crispy prata. Cons: As an avid hotel guest swimmer, this is the first time I had to share a pool with a few intelligent crows who dripped their beak into the minimum chlolrine pool. How bizzare.. Safety come first when making your way to Mid valley shopping mall. Many vehicles which include coach buses making their way to the carpark.. Bring along an umbrella and put spf.

Hotel building is quite old but well maintained. Location is good, accessible to a lot of shopping places. Easy and convenient for Grab pickup! The breakfast was really very good spread, we all enjoyed it! But forgotten to take photos, oops.... We explored the gym and swimming pool after breakfast, would be planning to stay here again so that can enjoy the facilities.

Repeat Travellers to this awesome,calm, solemn tranquil hotel. - Various eateries , bars, cafe, spa - Pop up shops Yatch view is a killer and Rooftop pool view amazing during day, sunset & sunrise. Room is huge and complete ammenities with kitchentte. Worth every penny.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very comfortable stay and great value for money. The location is strategic, situated at center of JB City , making it easy to find food, shop, and access transportation. The room is clean, neat, and modern. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect for business trips or a short getaway in Johor Bahru.

My choice of hotel when accompanying my husband business travel. Decent room size, gave you the luxury vibe, the breakfast is delicious especially nasi lemak but not really varieties. All of the staff are friendly. The hot springs are nice but they are not natural hot spring
