AAndreI arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night. Further more the hotel offers also bagage storage which was in our case c

AAnonymous UserDue to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.

JJeremy LeeeeI was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

DDaymi HernandezI loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

FFillipe OkadaThe hotel is very well located, the breakfast is good, but the room I had to stay needs maintenance, was with a dive in the bathroom, which was out of the bathroom, and a dive in the bathroom, making the floor wet all the time.

GGuest UserMuito bem localizado, em bairro seguro e com fácil acesso à toda a cidade. Café da manhã fantástico. As áreas comuns possuem uma decoração de muito bom gosto. Na recepção há uma máquina com água fresca e gelada a disposição, na qual é possível abastecer as garrafinhas ou apenas tomar um copo de água gelada na chegada ou saída. Super indico o hotel.
