Deception is the adjective I find to evaluate this hotel! It cannot be a 4-star hotel; in the bathroom has a plate covering a reform that has been made and not finished, there is a huge hole in the prayer where canoes are visible; they give you only a savon and no other personal hygiene item; it has no dryer; The bed linen smells to be used and the dressing dresses are swept. Breakfast is very simple and one day the French bread was the previous day. Only staff are friendly and careful!! I thought it was expensive for what it offers!

O Hotel é bem localizado. Um hall bonito e acolhedor. Os atendentes muito gentis e solicitos, em especial o Pedro que nos trocou de quarto, e nos deu dicas valiosas.Minha observação é quanto ao café da manhã, há demora na reposição e o piso do restaurante está sempre sujo.

A good hotel, modern, functional. It is located in front of the theater in a safe area. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom has a tub with shower and is clean. Excellent and very varied breakfast. There is also a very good restaurant. The only problem is given by the very strong air conditioning in any environment and room. We found it at 10 degrees and before going out to dinner we turned it off. Serious mistake. We found the room with walls, furniture, sheets all very damp. At the reception, however, they were very professional and only to sleep they offered us another room. Better to turn up the temperature and not turn off. It's definitely worth the price.

It is a good location, in the direction of being close to the airport and to the tourist points, but on the other hand it is in a very ancient and dangerous part of the city (not walking the night). The hotel is very good price, the room is comfortable and clean (air conditioning, fridge, safe, TV).

My stay was short, I returned from Salinopolis-PA and arrived in Bethlehem around 19:00 a.m. 02/03/2022, we needed a place to take a bath and sleep a little, because my flight was marked at 2:20 a.m. 03/03/2022, short stay. When we arrived in the room we noticed that the bathroom was not warming, we called to the reception to complain and the attendant told us that he would act on maintenance and that would be resolved in 15 minutes. We went out for dinner and returned around 21:00, the problem persisted, we contacted the reception that told us that in 15 minutes they would solve, they didn't solve, they didn't exchange our room and stayed for that right, i.e., The hotel did not offer the minimum we expected to have a hot bath for rest. I don't host again in this category of Ibis, the bed bed is very uncomfortable and the acoustics of the rooms is bad (a characteristic always present in all Ibis that I have already hosted), the good part is due to the location.

The Ibis Belem Aeroporto is probably the best choice if you need to stay near Belem airport for a late arrival or early departure. Check-in counter is sometimes busy also late at night or early morning as there are passengers and crews arriving all the time , nevertheless it’s always quick and efficient. Rooms are standard Ibis rooms and are very clean. Uber from the airport is just a few minutes and is really cheap, the area around the hotel doesn’t offer much, there is a convenience store and a pharmacy in walking distance. All the staff is professional and helpful.
