We enjoyed our stay. However we went down for dinner at 7pm to be told that dinner wasn’t starting until 7.30pm , there was no signage up saying this so we’re not happy as we wanted an early dinner as we had been travelling over 24 hours. Saying that the food was excellent we chose of the a la carte menu as we didn’t want the buffet Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food was available The room was good with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower Staff were all very friendly

The hotel is in the center of the city, next to the cathedral, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very convenient. The breakfast and order food at the hotel restaurant are delicious and recommended! The hotel room is clean and the service staff is warm and thoughtful!

I am very satisfied with the location, environment and hygiene of the hotel. There is nothing to complain about. It is indeed a famous hotel in the United States. There is also a large shopping mall next to it with many restaurants to choose from.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was paper in the trash can in the bathroom of our room, and this was unpleasant. Besides, we went out for a quick trip and had not asked for cleaning or changing the towels, and yet they came into the apartment and changed the towels. I think this should only be done when we asked, I found it quite invasive. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Accommodation location and cleanliness are OK But there is one thing that I cannot accept, that is the water in the hotel is very small. The water temperature is hot and cold! This is not a good way to wash hair for girls with long hair... you can wait for the summer If the water suddenly gets cold in winter, you will definitely catch a cold...

Excellent hotel: central and has its own parking. Friendly valets and always at your disposal. Excellent service in the hall. We can't even talk about the hotel: a spectacular room and a messed up morning. Very comfortable beds, freezing air and super hot shower (massage). When I stay in Mgá I always stay there. I recommend D+ ;)

Hotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door. The room was huge, but not comfortable. Very strong smell of bleach.
