The hotel has a beautiful view. In the chilly weather of Tam Dao, sipping a cup of Venus coffee, watching the clouds drift slowly through the large glass window - that's all I need for a wonderful vacation. Meals in the hotel are very diverse and filling, however if you want to enjoy Tam Dao street food, you only need to walk a few minutes from the hotel to the square. Every corner of the hotel can take dozens of beautiful photos. It would be even better if you could stay at the hotel on a beautiful sunny day. The only thing the hotel should improve is the shower system before entering the swimming pool - such a wonderful infinity pool deserves a more standard changing room.

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.

The hotel was neat and the staff was friendly. I enjoy eating cocktails at the bar, especially the Jikwoo cocktail called Hoa, which was delicious, and they introduced me to many tourist attractions, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Vietnam. I liked rice noodles, ramen, and bacon for breakfast. There are swimming pools and gyms, so if you like exercise, please bring related exercise supplies

We booked 2 Villa rooms for my family. My wife, my son 15, my daughter 11 and I. Checked in on time and very well done. Room has only 01 key each, a bit inconvenient but fine. The room has private Jacuzzi but only turn on when I requested to reception/house keeping. Sauna also only switched on when we showed up. It took a few min before we can enjoy the services. Large pool on 1st floor and good. No parking allowed for guest under ground garage but I'm asked to park at open air grass front yard which is fine. No cutlery prepared at breakfast, no tea or coffee offer at breakfast buffet. Food is good with both local and international. Focus coffee has good beverages but staff are not welcoming. The hotel has a great view over Dam Vac lake Overall, I grade this hotel/resort 5 stars for facility but 3 stars for services.

Nhà mình chọn FLC Vĩnh Phúc với mục đích: kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày, quanh Hà Nội và xả hơi sau dịch. Và đấy là sự lựa chọn sáng suốt khi vi vu hơn 1 tiếng đồng hồ là đến nơi. Mình đã có cảm tình với các bạn ở FLC Vĩnh Phúc từ lúc đặt phòng cho đến lúc check in, check out, từ bạn sales cho đến bạn lễ tân hay các bạn điều khiển xe điện, các bạn nhân viên khu nhà ăn hay spa. Bạn nào cũng rất nhẹ nhàng, và nhiệt tình, lúc nào cũng dạ vâng và nở nụ cười. Đây là điều mà mình thích nhất ở FLC. Điều thứ 2 mà mình thích là phòng bungalow ở FLC rất rộng và thoáng, xung quanh nhiều cây xanh, sáng dậy vừa ngắm cây và nghe tiếng chim hót lại thấy mọi mệt mỏi tan biến. Điều thứ 3 mình hài lòng là dịch vụ spa, đợt này đang có giá khuyến mại rất hợp lý và các bạn ở khu spa cũng rất chuyên nghiệp. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại FLC, chỉ để hưởng không khí trong lành, tranh thủ kỳ nghỉ cuối tuần, cho các con thư giãn, trời lạnh thì bơi bể nước nóng trong nhà, trời mát thì có thể dùng bể bơi ngoài trời. Ah nếu nhà nào có trẻ nhỏ thì khu vui chơi cho các bạn bé rất ổn vì có nhiều trò, khuôn viên bãi cỏ rộng, các bạn tha hồ chạy nhảy. Xin cảm ơn các bạn nhân viên ở FLC Vĩnh Phúc đã giúp nhà mình có 2 ngày 1 đêm thư giãn, rất ưng ý.

We had a wonderful experience at Bamboo Restaurant, our favorite spot in the resort. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely. Our waiter, whose name was (we think) Trung, was really nice and provided very professional service. We highly recommend this restaurant!

A very satisfied experience in Vinh Yen. I stayed there 02 times but the receptionist still remembered me and then gave me a nice offer as a long-term custom. A new hotel with clean and wide room which was full of sunlight from the big window all day. It's also suitable for working with big table and comfortable chair. Free breakfast but the quality was beyond my expectation, not too many dishes but the quality of them were good, especially the salad, it was fresh and the sauce for salad was very tasty. The staff here were vey nice, I could not find a knife to cut my fruits so I called the receptionist and they did it and brought back to me room very quickly. And please note, this is not an advertisement comments, just having a very good impression in this hotel and would like to share for you all as a good reference for your choice :))))
