We spent 2 nights in hotel 32 this weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff are polite and it’s very clean. The location is okay, approx 10-15 minute walk to the old town square (centre). The only thing I would say is that there’s construction all outside of the hotel and surrounding street, lots of Harris fencing and diggers. Not operational through the night though so not really an issue.
Great location and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nice cafe alongside the hotel too. Within walking distance to old town, castle, and river. Lots of vegan options too. The staff were extremely friendly as well as the airport pickup driver arranged by the hotel who was so friendly and informative about what to do and see in Krakow.
Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.
The facilities aren't as good as Sheraton hotels in China; they're more like a typical four-star hotel in China. However, the breakfast is quite good. It's also very close to the castle and the hotel, making it convenient for getting around.
A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.
It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place
A stay at Hotel Bania Thermal & Ski places you in the heart of Bukowina Tatrzanska, steps from Kotelnica Bialczanska Ski Area and Wooden Tserkvas of the Carpathian Region in Poland and Ukraine. This family-friendly hotel is 14.6 mi (23.5 km) from Krupowki Street and 0.2 mi (0.3 km) from Terma Bania.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments, and facials. You're sure to appreciate the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access at this hotel, which also features 2 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and babysitting (surcharge). The complimentary ski shuttle makes getting to the slopes a breeze.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the coffee shop/cafe. The hotel also offers 24-hour room service. Wind down with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges or 2 poolside bars. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 227 guestrooms featuring minibars. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature hair dryers and bathrobes. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and desks.
The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves.
There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off.
The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones.
You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.
The Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto instantly impressed me with its beautiful, modern, playful lobby design — highlighted by a replica of Queen Barbara’s dress (wife of King Zygmunt August), complete with a plaque sharing her story. Service was another highlight: the check-in staff were warm and welcoming (one even greeted me in Thai), and homemade snacks were offered at both check-in and check-out. The location is superb, directly opposite Galeria Krakowska, a massive mall with everything from luxury brands to groceries, restaurants, and a food court. It’s also just a short walk from the Market Square, main shopping streets, and the Czartoryski Museum, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine. Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district are a bit farther, but still manageable on foot with comfortable shoes. My room was clean and comfortable, though a little plain, and the bathroom on the small side. Breakfast was the one weak spot — the food selection was modest, and at peak times the dining room felt cramped, sometimes leaving only counter seating (I recommend going later once the rush has passed). Still, these are minor quibbles. With its inviting lobby, warm and attentive service, and unbeatable location, this hotel is an easy one to recommend.

Ccool_dudeIf you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.

GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
MMarius ZI would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.

RRick GolsteijnAbsolutely a good hotel and good location.
the only thing that bothered me was that the light from the TouchPad to control the room is always on.

JJiutianxuannvThis time I chose a hotel of the same brand, and it gave me a different feeling. It was very comfortable to stay in. The decoration of the room is very distinctive, and all the embellishments are very detailed.
