From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

Good for business but too far from all exciting spots with the traffic in Mumbai it’s hard to see anything else

It was a good stay,check-in was smooth, and front office staff was very good. I am General Manager of Redisson Phuket, The only concern is the restaurant service Poor unprofessional and no concern for guest food delay, I ordered lamb chops, which took 1 hr 30 min, and that also when I gave a reminder, Still no apologies at all but for bill staff is very quick ,Just because 1 was solo traveler and was wearing normal clothes ,Staff judging me. Seriously Poor and unprofessional

The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any needs I had. It’s an excellent transit hotel, especially for long layovers. There are multiple food options just a short walk away, which made things very convenient.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. I also stayed at this hotel on a business trip last year. The location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, there is a taxi at the hotel entrance, the hotel can also help you call the car, the front desk service is good, the breakfast is OK, suitable for business trips in the morning.

I recently stayed at Radisson Resort Khopoli, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, fresh, and offering a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing spa area. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The only minor downside was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t significantly affect my sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend Radisson Resort Khopoli for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.  I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences: 1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating. 2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise.
