"Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all."

"The room was very clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were also kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. While it's a bit far from the center of the Old Town, it's easy to get around by foot or public transport, so I didn't find it inconvenient at all. Also, the pasta at ”Trattoria Pergamin Nullo” near the hotel was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it for meals during your stay! Considering the price, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow."

"The hotel left a pleasant impression. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were polite and friendly. I especially appreciated the fan in the room — it was a lifesaver in the hot weather, even without air conditioning. On the downside, there's a railway line nearby, so even with the windows closed, you could sometimes hear train noises and rail sounds, especially at night. This might be noticeable for guests who are sensitive to noise. Overall, we were happy with our stay; everything we needed was there, and we had a positive experience. The Velvet cafe nearby is very cute and serves delicious food."

"Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet."

"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"If you're driving from the city center, following Google Maps navigation often leads you down back roads, some of which are not accessible to regular cars. You might end up getting lost near the hotel, so I recommend taking the main road first. This room had a microwave, but a different room I stayed in at the same hotel didn't, so it seems to vary by room. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was surprisingly nice. If you don't opt for breakfast, it was 50 PLN per person."

"B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane."

"What a lovely house this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's fully equipped with all conveniences, even for 4 people. Though, in our opinion, it might get a bit cramped with four, it's certainly doable. Checking in via the side door went smoothly, and finding the apartment entrance was also easy. We could dispose of our rubbish in the shed. However, there were no bins, just bags that had been torn open by animals. That was a bit of a downside. Sleeping was fine, but the streetlights shine through the curtains. Would blackout curtains be a good option to hang here? The towels could be hung on hooks, but they don't dry easily that way. Perhaps a rail where you can hang the towels? These are just suggestions, of course. Thank you for your hospitality in your home."

"The hotel is right next to the Krakow Eye. Navigate to HALA FORUM. The parking fee is 60 zlotys a day. Navigate to Hilton Garden Inn. There are public parking spaces on the roadside. The fee is 4 zlotys per hour from 10:00 to 20:00 (coins only). Free parking during non-charging hours. It is not far from the hotel on foot. The hotel has complete facilities. The only drawback is that there are many steps to drag the luggage onto the boat. In addition, there are many mosquitoes in the river!"

"Staff were okay, the room was absolutely perfect and so soc Lea. Only negative was some noise from the clubs below the hotel but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Love having a Zabka in the hotel and was such a convenient location. Would 100% stay again."
