The reception service is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, but it’s not very clean. Some hair stuck in bathroom. The fitness is good but need to pay 250tl extra. The location is little far from city centre. It’s around 17 minutes to the metro station on foot.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There is a relatively large urban complex around it, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The gym is in the SPA center on the -2 floor of the hotel, and the facilities are also complete! The location of the hotel, the atmosphere and the breakfast are excellent. I often go to Ankara and have stayed in the best hotels but the Sheraton is simply the most beautiful hotel of all!!! The lobby is unique! The view of the hotel from the outside alone speaks for itself!!! The hotel is right next to the city, around the hotel there are various restaurants and cafés of the finest kind!!! Many thanks to Murat Abi at the main entrance who always did my tie in the morning because I couldn't do it, I thought that was very very nice. Unfortunately, the negative thing this time was that our room wasn't cleaned one day even though we asked reception for it, but I think that can happen.
