Take a house for 1 night to rest after skating on the board. Very cozy house, there is everything necessary in the kitchen to cook dinner: dishes, stove, shelter, refrigerator, microwave. A little cool in the frost, but it is decided by having a heater. The bed for sleep on the second floor is very comfortable and warm as the warm air is mostly accumulated there. There is a folding sofa in the kitchen bottom, and you can accommodate in the 4th house if necessary.
This is an excellent city hotel located near the train station and the main city attractions. A big plus is that it's slightly set back from the main hustle and bustle, making it feel more spacious and peaceful. Big shout-out to the hotel staff and the fantastic design of the dining area; the 'Versailles' hall where breakfast is served reminds me of an open-air European cafe. From now on, we'll always choose this hotel!
The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. The rooms are comfortable, good linen, there were cups, tea bags, but we missed a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is good, thank you.
A modern apart-hotel right opposite the metro. Freshly renovated, well-equipped. But the audibility in the rooms is the same as in new buildings. In two days I changed three rooms: in the first the shower did not work, I was moved to another. Everything was in order there, but behind the wall a baby was screaming hysterically. I asked to be moved to a place where there were no children. Overall, not bad. There was audibility, but it did not interfere with sleep. In terms of price and quality, this is an ideal option: in the so-called mini-hotels both the quality is worse and the rooms are crap. Well, Soviet hotels are much more expensive
The location is wonderful. There's so much to see nearby: a boat stop for canal cruises, Nevsky Prospekt, the Russian Museum, and theaters. There's something for every taste. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is delicious and varied, satisfying even the pickiest of travelers. We had dinner there once: the menu is interesting, featuring both European and Asian dishes. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on their entire stay. The room is spacious, the mattress comfortable, and a kettle is provided.
Overall, it's not bad. The location is very convenient for public transportation—the metro is across the street, and there are tram and bus stops nearby. Across the street is a shopping center where you can buy groceries and eat.
The hotel's downsides:
The water pressure is weak on the higher floors.
The air conditioning in the rooms (maybe only in winter) doesn't work. This creates problems with ventilation and fresh air.
A small rug or tray in the hallway would be greatly appreciated. The city is constantly dirty, and everything drips onto the floor. Daily cleaning solves this.
It would also be helpful to add something to sit on when putting on shoes. Elderly people might find it uncomfortable, and the chairs in the rooms are high.
The rooms have everything you need for a stay, including cooking and laundry facilities. However, each room seems to be different. Please confirm this upon check-in.
A solid 4.
Great location, friendly service. Overall, everything is comfortable and clean.
Cons: The description says the pool and spa are included in the price. In reality, only three hours from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. are free. Other times require an additional fee. Of course, if you want to use the sauna, you can pay extra—it's not much—but it left an unpleasant feeling of being scammed. If you like to breathe, you'll have problems. The ventilation system clearly can't cope. The air is stale; you have to get used to living in hypoxia. The windows don't open, so it's hard to breathe.
A great appart hotel, metro is very close, around a lot of cafes, big shopping, tram stop and buses. The mattress is comfortable. The room is of course small but comfortable.
The hygiene was excellent, and the service was also very good, but the hotel only provides two bottles of mineral water free of charge, and it seems that you have to pay for more, which is not good.

I frequently visit Russia and often stay at this hotel. This time, I took advantage of my vacation to see the Northern Lights. Even though Murmansk hadn't seen any snow yet, I was delighted to see the aurora borealis.
DdeeperloverA perfect hotel in an unbeatable location, right next to St. Isaac's and the Winter Palace, close to the cruise ship terminal, and a short walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Almost everything is within walking distance. The decor and amenities are excellent, with beautiful architecture and décor. The toiletries provided in the room are also good. Highly recommended.
ZZhouyoushijie365The location is in the center of the scenic area. The lobby is not big. Every waiter is very enthusiastic. They can speak English and occasionally a few words in Chinese. We booked a standard room, which is enough for 2 people. The bathroom is half the size of the room, with dry and wet separation. There are 4 free bottles of mineral water and snacks every day. The breakfast is a set meal, not a buffet. It is probably because there are fewer people in winter. It should be a buffet in summer. It is not recommended to order breakfast now. The menu is the same every day. There is a cash machine in the basement of the hotel, which is the only one in Russia that can use UnionPay cards to withdraw rubles.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great, but the room had an unpleasant smell, as if someone had hidden a sweaty T-shirt. The air freshener offered by the maid saved the situation for about 30 minutes. I suffered from this smell for a day. In addition, the air conditioner blew directly on the bed, despite the fact that I turned it off, apparently the ventilation still continues, it still blows unpleasantly. The service is ok, the kettle was brought about five minutes after the call, the water was replenished, the room was prepared for bedtime. The breakfasts are excellent, but very cramped, there is little space in the Asia restaurant, if there are two of you, they will offer a small table and guests and waiters are constantly scurrying around. The service here was a little disappointing. They never brought coffee to go, I asked for an omelette for my child with milk, but for some reason it was like just a scrambled egg, a flat, not airy egg pancake.
