The service and location were fantastic, but I thought the in-tub amenities were a bit sparse and the shower pressure was a little weak. The water temperature was also on the cooler side, so taking a shower on a slightly chilly morning felt like I might catch a cold. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

We are so grateful for the fantastic experience we had at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Being close to the mall was definitely a perk, and we found our rooms to be comfortable and well-appointed. The TV had a great variety of channels, and the clean, well-maintained bathrooms added to our overall satisfaction. We can't wait to come back on our next visit!

The location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.

The staff were very kind and helpful. One of the receptionists even spoke a little Japanese. It's super convenient having a convenience store right nearby. Plus, a shopping mall is just a quick taxi ride away, which is great. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with a pool, and the food is delicious. The room felt a bit old, but I guess that's typical for Asia. After a couple of nights, I got used to it. I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay. Thank you!

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay due to a flight reschedule – for that purpose, it was fine. However, there were similar options available at a lower price point. The hotel itself, in terms of design and overall feel, is outdated. But the room was spacious, had everything we needed, and wasn't dirty. The view was of a neighboring building and the city. There's a 7/11 and various cafes nearby. There's a pool on the roof, which is quite nice for lounging, but there are only a couple of sunbeds, so you have to be quick to grab one. The hotel is located near the club street; karaoke was playing all night until around 6 AM, and it was perfectly audible. There are many beggars on the street and around the hotel. Overall, both the city and the hotel left a rather depressing impression.

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

LLuweezyanaSecond time in Angeles City, first time staying at Queens. Location is right where I wanted to be, right around the corner from Jolibee and The Walking Street. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The 7th floor bar with music, pool, and darts was nice. Nice views and atmosphere. The ONLY thing I would say is considering it's a 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel, I wasn't expecting the shampoo and soap to be just one mini bottle each. I did request more and they brought it so I'm thankful and I tipped. The water wasn't hot but they mentioned that in the welcome packet and could fix it at your request. I would stay here again

AAhmed.AdawiI had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was excellent. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very well maintained. The only issue I faced was the presence of small cockroaches in the room. I believe this is something that can be solved , as everything else about my stay was truly enjoyable

NNurse MurlI recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

GGuest UserSubic Waterfront View may not sit directly on the beach, but it still delivers a relaxing getaway. The pool by the restaurant and bar is a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast buffet offers good value for the price. Rooms are tidy with generously sized bathrooms, and the property’s location makes exploring the area easy. With ample parking and reliable amenities like air conditioning and hot water, my stay was smooth and comfortable—I left with nothing but positive impressions.

GGuest UserThe hotel area is really amazing. Everything is very beautiful. The waterpark with all the slides and the inflatable waterpark in the ocean next to the beach were really a very nice experience. The hotel has many different pools, also including a wave pool. Hotel guests have free stand-up-paddeling and boat-paddling in the ocean, including life vest and all necessary things. The personnel at the beach was very friendly. Check out is strictly at 11, but the hotel allows to use the facilities on the day of check out till 6 pm. The service personnel was always very friendly and helpful. They have different restaurants, I had dinner in the restaurant at the beach. The restaurant is very nice, near the ocean, the food was delicious. They had live singers in the evening. The prices in the beach restaurant are high. I had a standard room. The room, I felt, was really poor: Old, dated, no furniture besides beds and TV. All except the beds was not very clean. A lot of dirt under the beds. I had a window, overlooking a dirty slum next to the hotel. At check in, I had to sign a paper, that it is not allowed to bring my own drinks to the hotel room and that there is a high fine, in case they catch you bringing your own soft drinks or any other beverages except water to the hotel room or to anywhere else inside the hotel area. I didn't find any restaurant or bar in walkable distance outside the hotel. But there is a seven eleven very near to the hotel. There was free breakfast included in my room rate. It was a la carte and delicious. The waitors and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included in the rate is offered only until 9am. I had the impression, that there is a little bit of renovation and construction going on in the hotel area, but this didn't disturb me at all as all activities were available and no big noise.

GGuest UserOur experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.
