I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Perfect beautiful clean comfortable place to stay. Good gym. New very clean. Great breakfast. Really good service. Shame no swimming pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Customer service is not the best. I booked simply because it's location. I hung the sign for the room to be made as I stayed for two nights. I was told that the service was not available! They only do the room when the guest check out but not during stay so if you need anything you have to come to the reception and get it yourself. Therefore the luxury of bed made, simple room amenities are carried out with DIY method. The question is why bother leave the sign for the guest to choose between ”don't disturb” or ”please make up my room”? Receptionist could gain some customer service mindset from proper training.

The hotel introduced by friends, there are many tourists in the city during the summer vacation, so choose this hotel that is close to the airport and convenient to the surrounding attractions. The reception desk was warm and detailed, the room was large, the shower was not very good, the breakfast was not much, and the hygiene was very clean. It is recommended to buy water and essentials in the supermarket that is approaching the hotel. The hotel's water is super expensive. Next to the hotel is the largest Mercedes-Benz store exhibition and sales in the UK, not bad!

I recently had an exceptional stay at a hotel located in the heart of Guildford. The convenience of the location was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Most importantly, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing significantly to my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Guildford.

I stayed here last night due to a last-minute flight cancellation. I was really grateful to find a room so close — the hotel is right next to the terminal, which made everything much easier, especially after a stressful travel day. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were helpful, and the room was clean and quiet despite the airport location. I didn’t expect much because it was such a sudden booking, but I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable the stay was. Perfect for an overnight stop or unexpected delays. Definitely a solid choice if you need to stay near the airport.

Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

The hotel is nice and small, but European hotels do. The breakfast buffet is 12 pounds and 15 minutes away by taxi from the centre of the UK. Just ask the front desk for help. You can't take a bus or walk because the doorway of the hotel is a lane without pedestrians, which is very dangerous. Going back to the graduation ceremony, the hotel in the town is either fully booked or too expensive, so I set it a little farther. Not far away is the new lands corner, the scenery is super good, you can drive there in 5 minutes
