I stayed on the 15th floor facing the river and Kampong Morten. The location is perfect as there are lots of food stalls and restaurants in the area. My room was cleaned every day and water was also replenished. The light bulbs went out on day at two locations and they were replaced within minutes of my call. The hair dryer I thought went out but it was on cooling mode so it shut off but housekeeping brought a new one immediately. The only thing I would like is plugins for a hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. There isn't any and the location that has a plugin does not have a mirror. This is quite an inconvenience. Many people said in their review that the hot water doesn't work. It does if it is turned to the correct direction and left running a bit to warm up. The beds need an upgrade as it has become hard and lost its comfy softness. The headboard has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The gym has a great aesthetic but the pool is a little too cold for me. Overall, I had a great stay. After 10 days, it felt like home. I will definitely stay again.

Firstly, I’m booking this hotel room with 2 single bed, but after check at the counter they only can provide me one king-bed, I staying with my sister I tell that we want seperate bed room, at the end they give add in one additional portable bed in my room. So that I only can let me sister using the king size bed and I’m tall and big size guy using the portable bed for 2 night and make me very uncomfortable. Second, the hotel room like a signal blocking zone, our mobile phone 5g own data like very weak signal to receive in there, and the hotel WiFi provided by was more funny, some time appear some time disappear. Third. the room should doing some maintenance, some corner the wood is chip, in the bathroom the shower hanger is damage and the shower very dirty of water mark, please do a proper cleaning next time. Since it’s stated is a 4-5 stars hotel then should provide the worthy and value for customer spend the money.

One of the best hotel to stay in Malacca, not a busy location. Everything was good but we had a problem with lift where it takes us some times up to 30minutes waiting with either full load or special service (as if we are not special as a hotel guest). Amenities should have been excellent but most of the shopping tenant had closed down, less choice to have your lunch or dinner in the same building. Hopefully more tenant will come in and make the shopping gallery great again and make it even worth to stay here.

I spent a night here after my talk in a nearby hospital. It is located at the business area of Ayer Keroh, which on the contrary, is not very busy. As it is one of the tallest building around, finding the hotel is not difficult. As the title suggest, it is a basic no frills hotel. The lobby is small and well lit. The room is clean and functional. It was well worth for the price. The issue is since it is fairly cheap, the hotel seems to be choice of the rowdy Mainland Chinese tourists. The breakfast was where they displayed their disorderliness.

The place is so good. I chose the sea view and the view was superb. But the host is not really helpful. But the unit is so nice.

2nd time stay in this hotel,, ✅ Walking distance(in front of hotel) Putra Specialist Hospital, Orange Mart, Coffee shop and eatries shop nearby,, ✅ Cheaper ✅ Big and Spacious room ✅ Buffet breakfast super good and delicious🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✅ Free parking 24hour ✅ All staff friendly, kind, helpful and professional. Hotel is clean and suitable for families. The bed was great. Room service was quick. TV had sufficient channels and quality and size of screen is good. Plenty of water provided in room. The view of the junior suite was good but would have been better on a higher floor. Bathroom was huge and guests could request for chair within for elderly. Has sauna and steam room in the hotel but no spa. Seems a short distance from Jonker but will the long and unpredictable grab and room situation in melaka, the location of hotel becomes a inconvenience. However, air-conditioning is unable to be controlled and was too cold at night. Breakfast needs a queue, and food is not fantastic and has no signature dishes that you can remember after. Hotel does not respond much to request such as high floor or that there is a third guest in the room despite paying for an extra person. This is evident when the bathroom amenities, bathrobe and slippers provided were still in pairs. Though Hotel did top up more after the first day. When they do top up, they are not stingy.

Had an incredible experience at this hotel! Our room was wonderfully spacious, perfect for our family's needs. What really stood out was their exceptional service. I mentioned my son's 2nd birthday and asked for simple decorations - they went above and beyond! The staff surprised us with beautiful decor and a special cake that made our little boy so happy. I was truly impressed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel's effort to make our celebration special showed their commitment to creating memorable stays for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel that goes the extra mile!

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Overall is ok. But the pillow not nice. Location is quite far from Jonker street, it’s not a walking distance. I would like to drive out, but as everyone knows, hard to get parking there. Hence….

Suitable to make a Rest N Rejuvenate type of place. Ample parking space available during weekend. Had an issue during check-in but the receptionist able to solve it. A heritage fee is required when check in. The room itself is spacious but the atmosphere can be improved. Very suitable place to slept if you have any event nearby to the place. MITC, LHDN, Mydin and plenty of eatery nearby.

From the sweltering heat of the lobby to sp**** staffing, everything says “we only wish we are a 5-star but...”. Mudzaffar looks like they are a hotel training academy specialising in aiming at generating as many as guest complaints as they can possibly get. What they actually do with the complaints is anyone’s guess: probably classify them under OSA. These are the training areas that we experienced: 1. Air-conditioning in lobby not functioning. Probably for vocational trainees under find the cause. Or for finance officers on how to brutally reduce cost. 2. Inadequate staff to handle concierge. Designed for managers who can see the effects 3. Shops not opened. For time management trainees to see relationship between opening hours and revenue 4. Toilet with no hand drying facilities. For maintenance staff is and why the floor and door knobs are wet 5. Late check in: Staff learning to admit guests strictly at 3pm check in time despite hotel near empty on Sunday at 2:00pm 6. Slip shod construction. Meant for building students to see how to frustrate a 5-star claim 7. Room: 2 pillows for a double bed. Not even one extra in the cupboard. TV no reception until a few hours passed by. Room painted, no wall paper. Shower water pressure low. They give only one key card. All for trainees to evaluate the savings made. 8. Upon reaching the room there were 4 plates left by previous guest by the door. When we came back from dinner at 9pm, they were still there. Called reception and they casually replied “we will send someone to clear them” unperturbed by what happened. That off the cuff reply proves training works at this Academy. In all the Mudzaffar Hotel Training Academy is highly recommended for those who are into the academics. Not for a real hotel guest with out of norm expectations of staying in a hotel for comfort and rest.

Location, good because near exit Ayer Keroh Not so good - amenities like towel, u have to request for extra even this room is for 3 pax. Other than that room is good Beds (1 single and 1 king) and pillow are comfy enough for 4 pax. Also got other amenities including breakfast for 3 pqx
