Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

The original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayun’s Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.

I had a really nice day and really enjoyed the room service, my only complaint if I were to have one is that they called me after every time I hit room service to see if the food was good. I really value being left alone and private in hotels, so it was a little annoying, but other than that, it was a perfect day, one of the best holidays inns the world..

The hotel environment is really nice and the breakfast is super good. Service staff can work inefficiently and do everything slowly.

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

”A Memorable Stay Thanks to Ms. Rajnandini!” I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while our arrival experience wasn't the best due to unhelpful staff, things took a turn for the better when the shift changed, and we were fortunate to encounter Ms. Rajnandini. From the moment she stepped in, Ms. Rajnandini exhibited exceptional professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist us. Her warm welcome and attentiveness made us feel valued as guests. She not only resolved the initial issues we faced but went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services was impressive, and she was always ready with helpful suggestions and information. Ms. Rajnandini's dedication to her role and her commitment to providing outstanding customer service truly stood out. It's staff members like her who can make a significant difference in a guest's experience. In light of Ms. Rajnandini's exceptional service, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a memorable one. I hope the hotel recognizes and appreciates the asset they have in her. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have the opportunity to be assisted by Ms. Rajnandini. Her exceptional service made our stay truly special. Thank you, Ms. Rajnandini, for making our visit memorable and enjoyable

One night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

My experience at this 5-star hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The room boasted sophisticated decor and all the modern conveniences you could ask for. The staff went above and beyond, providing impeccable service with a friendly demeanor. Dining at the hotel was a true gourmet experience, with a wide array of delicious dishes to choose from. The spa offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. Situated in an ideal location, the hotel made exploring the city effortless. Every aspect, from the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, made for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!
