Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

The room is spacious and affordable, with a shopping mall downstairs, and Chinese restaurants nearby. Taxis are also readily available. It's one of my favorite hotels, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Haha.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya was truly an impressive experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly and professional. One of its main advantages is the strategic location, directly connected to Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for a leisurely stroll, dining, or shopping without having to leave the area. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and suitable for families, including those with children. Overall, the stay here felt practical, comfortable, and enjoyable—a perfect choice for a staycation or a short trip.

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.

It took me about 20 minutes to get to the apartment by taxi from the airport. The service was very warm and welcoming; they even brought the keys to me in the lobby. The room was good and very clean. The ground floor has a great variety of food options, including hotpot, BBQ, sushi restaurants, and Mala Tang. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo!

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

I stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

The room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.
