JJessacoThe whole stay was great, I needed somewhere to stay while work was being carried out on my house. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, there was a big desk for me to work at and the internet connection was perfect, I had multiple video conferences and it never dropped once. Housekeeping were kind enough to check if I needed anything everyday, and reception staff were super friendly.
Right next to a massive national trust property had some beautiful autumn walks
However there is absolutely no phone signal (Vodafone)obviously nothing to do with the hotel it’s just extra info about the area!

JJai KingstonSuperb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.

LLukewe stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying.

GGuest UserOur room is a double room with an extra sofa bed. Room is smaller than expected and different from the photos . But location is very good and right next to Victoria Centre . Room is clean in general with cold aircon but with few things,like toys, bottles under bed. Might not be the most elderly friendly as some rooms required a few stairways to get to which could be a bit of a hassle.

GGuest UserCar park, quite room, comfortable bed, good shower and excellent breakfast. I had read a few neutral reviews but my stay exceeded expectations. I had everything I needed and wanted. I had a room overlooking the carpark which was very quiet. I will stay here again. Walking distance (19mins) to central West Bridgford, easy walk to trams and bus stop outside hotel.

GGuest UserFabulous location. Pool was a great size, has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi thing. So much land around the hotel, green views from window very relaxing. Service was great. Games room and tennis courts - has everything you would want.
