Me and my family booked the double suite that supposed to be the best that the hotel had to offer. But it was a big disappointment. The structure was old, paint on the walls coming off, sheets with stains, the balcony was full of dust and dirty, we found multiple cockroaches at the bathroom, the shower was horrible to keep the flow of water and keep it warm, the buffet was okish, not the best or remarkable but at least you won't be starving. The service at the weekend is a nightmare, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was no plates, cups, enough food.... I believe the hotel is still trying to be back to the great days, but need to improve a lot to be considered one of the best of Natal. Oh, it's tough to get uber at the hotel, be prepared for at least 15min wait to get someone.

The La Belle Beach Hotel is unfortunately separated from the beach/sea by a very well-travelled street. The sea section is not suitable for bathing. Best massage I ever had in my life - and I’ve had quite a few. Amazing experience at Toca, from the beginning to the end, will come back again and recommend it to friends.

*Falhas na infraestrutura básica* - Na vila que fiquei a cama estava faltando um pé de apoio - ⁠Um dos abajures estava queimado - ⁠Recebi uma toalha manchada - ⁠Chuveiro elétrico deu choque algumas vezes - ⁠Algumas teias de aranha (pequenas, mas mostram o abandono da estrutura), vi em uma luminária e na parte superior da porta de um dos quarto - ⁠Box do banheiro não fechava completamente e tudo ficava molhado após o banho - ⁠Cerca elétrica estava inteira quebrada, o que deixa o quintal das vilas exposto, visto que o muro não é alto *Coisas que não atrapalharam a estadia, mas pode melhorar* - Pouca diversidade do cardápio de café da manhã (senti falta de cuscuz, pão de queijo, salsicha no molho, macaxeira, charque) - ⁠Fechaduras das portas difíceis de usar, todas eram muito difíceis de abrir e fechar e ficamos com medo de acabar quebrando algo - ⁠Poucas tomadas pela vila, só tinham duas livres no quarto principal depois de conectar o frigobar (que estava enferrujado em cima, mas entendo que é um ambiente de praia) e a televisão - ⁠Entrada para os carros, é bem estreita - ⁠Lixeiro do banheiro era muito fraco e tava quebrado *As panelas não atrapalharam porque não utilizamos, mas se são oferecidas panelas e instrumentos pra cozinhar, espera-se que eles estejam minimamente bons, e uma das panelas estava bem velha, com o fundo antiaderente todo arrancado *Uma opinião que entra na subjetividade é sobre os travesseiros, achei completamente murchos *Elogios* - Relativamente bem localizado - ⁠Café da manhã é pontual e chega tudo fresquinho - ⁠Funcionários foram solícitos e simpáticos durante toda estadia - ⁠O chalé e a piscina foram mantidos limpos pela equipe todos os dias **Um pequeno contratempo que tivemos foi na forma de pagamento, fiz a reserva diretamente no site, coloquei cartão como forma de pagamento e dividi em 4x - mas nesse tempo todo não conferi se havia entrada na fatura, e falhei nisso - mas pensei que já estava pagando. Somente chegando aqui soube que essa forma de pagamento escolhida no site serve somente como garantia, mas que o pagamento só é feito no check-in. Achei estranho porque já fiquei hospedado em outro hotel da rede e o pagamento podia ser feito anterior ao check-in
