Rooms are very clean and spacious! Located right opposite Merdeka Square and Medan City Railway Station. Due to it facing the busy road and area, the noise level can get high (but bearable) if there are events held nearby. Sauna, hot & cold pools available (seperated by gender) are clean and come with lockers & shower facilities. Outdoor swimming pool was well maintained too. Staff were generally quite polite too.

Recommended Affordable Hotel. The service is great. You bring your own vehicle? The staff will help you park dont worry. The breakfast? Great. The room? Very clean. There are GYM and the hotel just next to Alfamart.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

Had pleasant stay for 1 night , the location is excellent, staff were all very friendly and breakfast was a nice way to start the day, would definitely recommend for the location and friendly service especially for family with young children

The hotel breakfast was clean and good. However, after checking in, they led me to the building in the back, but the smell in the area was really strong. So, I am not sensitive to such things, so I was satisfied with the various facilities and used them well.

Stayed at Kama Hotel Medan and loved the modern, squeaky-clean vibes - definitely a fresh spot! Got upgraded to a spacious room, which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. But, holy majolie Batman! The night turned into a symphony of screaming motorbikes and zooming cars, thanks to the hipster youngsters treating the street like their personal racetrack. It’s a lively hangout zone, so pack earplugs if you’re not into the midnight Grand Prix soundtrack. Location-wise, the is a delightful gem. A breezy 10-minute stumble from Medan train station, stone throw from the eerie charm of Tjong A Fie Mansion, and right across from Tip Top Restaurant and Bakery, where you can grab a pastry to munch while contemplating the chaos of the hipster-infested streets. First of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .

The hotel is outdated, but for the air conditioner and all kinds are still normal as usual, the key of the hotel is still manual.
