This was an excellent hotel in Brunei I have stayed ever. Nice location, cheaper price comparing other hotels and services. I must recommend you all. I was staying at the end of the Ramadan. So, I was to having breakfast in the morning because, I have to fast in Ramadan. So, they willingly gave me the Sehri at the night so that I can fast easily. That was really impressive. Everybody are awesome there. Thanks to the team.
Early Check In before 12pm, few times stay here but this time doesnt need to put deposit ($200) like before. Staff is a boy (frgt to ask the name) is very friendly. Check in process is easy & fast.
This time no outside parking coz many events in the hotel, so I park my car in the basement which is free parking till I checked out. Just gv the receiption our car plate no.
Satisfied with dis room (529) clean & big room worth the money with free breakfast for 2pax.
The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!
The location is fantastic. Even during Ramadan, they prepared breakfast for us. And not just in the room, but we could eat as much as we wanted at the 7th-floor buffet. Thank you! The room is spacious. There are so many light switches that it's hard to figure out which one controls what. There was a kitchen, but it wasn't usable – no pots, pans, plates, or spoons. There's an electric kettle, two complimentary bottles of water, and a fridge. The staff are very kind. I appreciate having a bathtub, and the hot water works. My biggest complaint is that even with the AC turned off, it was still cold. Maintenance came to the room multiple times, but it remained chilly. The pool is a good size, and there's a gym too. A supermarket is conveniently connected next door, along with cafes. Across the road is the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and it seems to be owned by the same group. Postcards can be found at the Ritz-Carlton gift shop. The hotel front desk offered a service where, for $1 per card, they would go to the post office, buy stamps, and mail them for you – very helpful! A ride to the airport was about $10 via a ride-hailing app. The place has a retro vibe. There were koi fish in the lobby. The biggest issue is the no-smoking policy; you can't smoke outside, in your room, or anywhere on the premises. Apparently, this isn't due to Ramadan but is a Brunei rule.
This five-star hotel feels more like an upscale local resort. Upon check-in, they told us they'd double-upgraded us to the main building, which was great as the pool was just downstairs.
The lobby layout isn't grand, and the overall feel is a bit dated, but I was pleasantly surprised by how new the room facilities were and how impeccably clean everything was. The minibar had 8 different drinks, two of each, all complimentary.
There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool. None of the pools are particularly large, and the staff service was quite poor; they wouldn't help lay out towels, nor would they let us take extra towels ourselves. The pool bar service was decent, but the coffee was terrible.
Breakfast was okay. We went to the Western restaurant on the 6th floor for dinner, and the service there was excellent, with reasonable prices.
Overall, I found the stay experience to be very good, but the service in the public areas was just average, and the buggy staff's attitude wasn't great either. There's no valet parking at the entrance. Compared to the 'seven-star' hotel everyone talks about, I'd say this is more like a high-end resort, suitable for locals looking for a staycation. Tourists don't need to make a special trip here.
As one of the newer hotels in Brunei, it's super convenient with a variety of restaurants right downstairs. The biggest night market in Brunei is also just a 5-minute drive away. The rooftop pool has water park facilities and offers stunning sunset views, and you can even see the national mosque from there.
Excellent stay! The location is perfect—only a 5-minute drive from the airport—and the hotel provides complimentary airport transfers at any time of day, no matter when your flight arrives or departs, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also outstanding: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
Breakfast options are not extensive, but considering the very reasonable price, the quality and value are more than satisfactory. If there were a coin laundry facility available, the hotel would be even better. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay, especially for travelers needing quick airport access.
We enjoyed our one-night stay with my friends. We stayed there for our hiking trip. They granted us a late check-out until 1:00 PM.
Breakfast was alright. I wish they had soup options like corn or mushroom, and more fruit selections—there was only watermelon (not sweet) However, the main courses were delicious.
Wi-Fi on Level 5 was not stable. The swimming pool was closed for some reason. We called the reception 3x, but no one picked up.
Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it.
To be honest, there were a couple of issues. The air conditioning was too cold, and after opening the window, the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. This led to the ceiling being covered in condensation when I woke up. The hotel definitely has some ventilation problems, as the hot air wasn't being extracted properly. However, apart from that, everything else was good! I was especially happy because the buffet had Ambuyat, a Bruneian staple that I surprisingly couldn't find at the Gadong Night Market, haha!
Service: The front desk staff is very friendly. When I checked out, I wanted to go to a nearby shopping mall and it was delivered for free! The internet is also very good! The breakfast is also delicious.

JjoshuaelaineThe two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.

GGuest UserCheck in time is strictly at 2pm.
Bed a bit hard (For me)
Gym quite run down or under renovation.
However it's quite convenient as the supermarket is just downstairs.
