I give some points down for the location on a busy road, noisy, but soundproofing is present. The cheap electric kettle overheat its plug, so the rubber melt. That is dangerous even for a Vietnamese standards.

Amazing Homestay, the place is really nice to stay at. All is comfortable, good or works well. The host is very kind, helpful and speaks English very well!

Phòng ở tầng 5. Nói chung phòng ốc khá sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên cách âm chưa tốt nên buổi sáng vẫn nghe thấy rõ tiếng nói chuyện ngoài hành lang.
