The first room we were given had a foul smell. The body shampoo dispenser beside the bathtub wasn’t working, and the socket near the sink was broken. We called for assistance regarding the odor, and it was found that the issue was due to a broken toilet drainage. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and offered us a room change. The second room was much better — no unpleasant smell, all amenities were in good working condition, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a comfortable stay in the new room with no further complaints. We booked the dine and stay package and would suggest that menus be made available in advance so guests can make a more informed decision when choosing the restaurant. Dinner was good, and breakfast was okay.

Super convenient location in airport T2, efficient check in and check out process. The room has everything you need for a night of transit. Bit noisy at night though which is the only drawback.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials. Free parking was a big plus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is super convenient. Just a stone’s throw from the airport, and there’s even a free shuttle service provided. Finding food was also easy, with plenty of options nearby. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience!

Room space quite small for the one I chose.. But still comfortable.. Interior design is nice.. Bed n Pillow comfortable.. Water heater and air condition works well.. The lobby is funky n lovely..

Overall is good! A pleasant stay there, there is an excellent fire show during weekend. Thanks hotel for the birthday decoration. For breakfast , I saw flies on the food maybe need to solve this problem. Buggy service from free car park to lobby and lobby to hotel room is consider fast, no long waiting time Recommended 2d1n stay👍

The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Mixed Experience – Great Location but Needs Better Maintenance Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Pros: • Easy to locate as it’s along the main road and attached to a mall. • Plenty of eateries within walking distance. • There’s a nice park nearby for evening walks, beautifully lit up. • The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. Cons: • The hotel feels poorly maintained—many things in the room seemed to be falling apart, from the window handle to the shower head. • Rooms are quite small, and all three tiers of rooms offered are the same size. • Breakfast was disappointing for the price—aside from the egg station, everything else seemed precooked or from instant packets. The bread was extremely hard. • The swimming pool looked murky and appeared unmanned. • Despite the attached mall, many attractions were still under renovation, leaving only the usual eateries open. • Parking was quite confusing, and finding the hotel parking took time. • Room service only starts after 4 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and great staff, but the maintenance, room quality, and breakfast experience need significant improvement.
