It was nice and clean hotel in residential building. Everything was perfect especially amazing gym and swimming pool. The only thing put me off was the bed setting haha they gave me two single beds (put together so it looks like a queen bed but you feel the crack in the middle as soon as you lay down) it felt like a scam when i originally booked and paid for 1 queen bed room. But after chatting with staff they kindly arrange me new queen bed roomso it was nice. Location wise, it’s not the best if you don’t have ur own car, but grab works well. It’s bit out of kl city.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. Great job, Summit USJ Hotel team! 🌟🏨✨

Price was cheaper on random websites that directly through the hotel. They were not willing to price-match even. Weird! Lovely short ride on an electric cart from the airport to the hotel. Staff were slow to check in - probably a 30 minute wait which feels long at 1.30 am! We had to endure a looong walk down a looong corridor to get to our room. Awkward going to dinner, drinks, pool etc. Fancy place - marble everywhere, beautiful plants outside. Windows from our room we’re filthy with bird poop so no photos from there! Apart from windows everything was spotless.

Clean drinking water should have been served in the room upon checked in. Have to ask to be supplied for . There should be metal tea spoons to be supplied in the room. Even request for cutleries, only plastic spoon and fork were provided. Plastic spoon and forks are Not environmental friendly isn’t it ?

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the service was excellent. Beautiful infinity pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was very nice, especially the Squid Sambal Nasi Lemak.

Hotels look new, the room is very comfortable. There is a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel but there is nothing much to shop there, mostly an empty mall. Opposite the waterway, there are many eateries like Pizza Hut, Ayam Penyet, McD, Domino Pizza. The Onsen is chargeable even for hotel guests. Onsen is pretty small and nothing much facilities there.

Been stay over here several times already. Why im stay here because comfortable for Staycation or solo traveller. Breakfast not bad. Everyone's can consider booking breakfast as well.. Anyway, good view for my room

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Overall, the stays were pleasant except for two items: 1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water. 2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

1-Night Staycation at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie Recently did a last-minute staycation with my husband to celebrate his birthday, and we decided to go just outside KL. Here's a quick review: Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 12noon. RM100 deposit required at check-in. Free parking (just validate your Touch ‘n Go card whenever you exit). Room was clean, with a comfy double bed (1.5m wide) and sofa bed. Separate toilet and shower area, and if you need amenities like a toothbrush, just call the staff. Has a connecting room option. Limited TV channels, but the quality’s clear. In-room dining menu is on a TV channel!. We skipped breakfast to sleep in and recharge before picking up the kids. Definitely a relaxing spot for a quick getaway!

The check in counters are unique, just like a bar counter. The hotel lobby have 1 arcade game machine, 1 pool table, 1 football table, a dart board, card games, jenga and Mancala. There's resting area and working tables and coffee and tea, all free for hotel guests to play and use. The restaurant at the lobby is convenient, and the food is good. The lift lobby is unique, buttons are sensors. Very good services at the check-in counter. The rooms are clean, air-conditioning is great, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the hot water is great, the housekeepers are very polite and great at their work. The window views are great It's convenient to have the big shopping mall just right beside with the IOI convention centre. And big car park below. The roof top bar are fun and have great food too. The swimming is cool and there is swings too, cool place to lay down and relax. The Hotel have complimentary shuttle bus to the airport.

As always, this is my preferred hotel each time I stay at Petaling Jaya.  Location is great as it’s nearby every where I need to go in Petaling Jaya.  Hotel room is clean and customer service is great. The only disappointment this time is that the car park is no longer free.  It is now RM2 per entry which may come up to a high amount is you drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day.  Hope that the hotel will bring back the free car park for hotel staying guests.

Newly renovated and spacious room, a comfortable bed, equipped with mini fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and multichannel TV, 1.2 metre depth pool on the second floor is clean and suitable for beginners, great services from the front desk and concierge, easy accessible to MRT station and eateries. Highly recommended for travellers to PJ area.

It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

Hotel is connected to the mall.. the lobby is nice and smells of coffee considering they have starbucks dispenser at the lobby itself.. we are able to go for early check in at 2pm provided we sign their membership program.. the unit is big. 1 bedroom unit.. got living room and kitchen with big fridge..

Room is strategically located within KLIA2 after arrival hall. It’s also near to the train to KLIA1 if you’re catching fights out from KLIA1. The room’s wall is however a bit thin and you can hear airport announcements during the night.

I wasnt able to stay long at this hotel due to my flight leaving for Dubai as i was far in Shah Alam. The hotel was absolutely great providing me with nearly 3hrs early checkin. Appreciate the friendky service and its a good location for airport transit with very fair price. Hotel is not new but very clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel if you are doing transit.
