There were ants in the room which was why I gave it 3 stars. It crawled all over our phone on the table. We thought it was just a random few and didn't bother about it. To our horror, we later found out when we reached home the next day. They got into the plastic bag of bread (which wasn't sealed) which we bought on the day we check-in from KLIA2. Also, I dropped my handbag on the floor and my bag was covered in dust 😵💫 The floor was cold. Best to bring your own slippers or get disposable bedroom slippers to wear. Other than that, this is my second time staying here. It's a very convenient place to stay for a few hours or a night before catching a flight at KLIA2 or KLIA. Free shuttle to KLIA was great. Also, it's not far from the Mitsui free shuttle stand available at KLIA2.

Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all.

Friendly staffs throughout my whole time of stay. Cleanliness of the room could be improved as they were stains on the bedsheet and bathtub discolouration. Problems were solved within 15minutes. Breakfast variety could be improved and some dishes can be better.

Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The service and facilities were generally satisfying. However, housekeeping needs some improvement. For example, the kettle in my room had a broken lid, which should have been highlighted and replaced before guests checked in. The room could also use some refurbishment to keep it looking fresh and well-maintained.

5 stars hotel with good service. First time I am staying in Doubletree by Hilton. Overall the hotel service is good from reception till housekeeping. When I checked in the room, the sofa was missing from my room, and also the bathroom window blind was faulty, but the issues were resolved promptly after my request. Hotel food is delicious as well. The only thing is the location is remote, far from city center, not much shopping option. But it is near to the place where I need to head to the next day.

This is my second stay here. The room is clean and comfortable, making it nice to sleep in. The aircon works very well and keeps the room super cool. The environment was quieter during my previous stay, but this time I could hear some noise from the opposite room. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

We truly enjoyed our excellent stay at Samasama hotel. The buggy service at the airport check point served us with courtesy. When we arrived at the hotel, the staffs were welcoming, professional and very attentive to our needs. The checkin process was smooth and efficient, which is especially important for traveler in transit. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a restful night! Despite being so near the airport, the room was quiet, allowing us for a good rest! We also truly appreciated the buggy service early the next morning at our ease. These thoughtful touches made our travel experience stress free in fact! We wouldn’t feel tired to go for extra miles at the stay! With these, we would like to recommend the hotel to anyone travelling through and will definitely stay here again. Congrats!

Traveled w my sister to Moxy for a fun run charity event held near the hotel venue. The check in was seamless just I wished they gave mode info regarding parking,iron and wifi without us asking in, knowing sometimes we tend to forget the basic questions. Other hotel share long list of informations unlike Moxy. The room is quite small but complete, truly embodied industrial theme concept. The motion sensor light were probably my favourite. The parking for hotel is complimentary and love how the hotel connected to the mall. Anyway would come again, I would rate my stay 7/10. Need to try the bfast buffet next time 🙂

Perfect for layovers! I stayed here for a few hours during a layover. The location is incredibly convenient, right inside the gateway@klia2 mall. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a quick rest and a shower. Booking by the hour is a great option. Definitely worth it for transit passengers.

Came here with friends, and the surroundings are lovely. The supermarket downstairs is super convenient, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making everything easily accessible. We absolutely loved it here! Highly recommended.
