They have great customer service. Are very polite and easy to talk to. The only two sad things was that I asked for our room to be cleaned while I took the kids out in the morning around 8. But when I arrived back in the afternoon around 4pm, it was not yet cleaned. Also the shower head was very hard to use. Maybe it has some plugging issues. The water comes out outwards, not focused in the middle.
We had a generally pleasant experience in Rydges Rotorua. though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel rooms are showing signs of age, and overall cleanliness in our bedroom was just average. A particular letdown was the rusty kettle provided in the room. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good range of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, spa and a children's playroom which are great for families. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. While it's not perfect, this hotel is a fair choice for families looking for a comfortable stay with decent facilities.
Room was big and spacious, slightly dated decor. Great location central and easy to get around. Gym was good but air con not strong. Fire alarm woke us at 2am where everyone evacuated for an hour. Not the hotel's fault but signs were not clear where the fire exits were. The entry from car park is ground floor so could be quite noisy if you had a room on that level.

Clean and nice deco room, lovely water view, spacious bathroom, however, the facilities such as gym and cleanliness in public areas can be improved. As to location, if you drive, that’s no a problem at all, would love to recommend this resort.
The hotel used to be a private mansion with every detail. The hotel is facing Lake Rotorua, the room has a wide view, five minutes drive from the skyline and ten minutes from the downtown. The hotel has its own paddock, where horses and sheep graze leisurely on the slopes. Breakfast can be cooked to order, and the lamb in the kiwi breakfast is very good. It was very comfortable to take a walk in the courtyard after eating breakfast. The hotel staff was warm and considerate. Some regrets were that because of the self-service on the skyline, I didn't try the dinner at the hotel. I have a chance to try it next time. There is a study room on the second floor of the hotel. There is a 200-page world map on the table. It has been turned over and confirmed that there is no less in China.
We have a good 2 days stay at pullman rotorua. It has great location as it is quick to travel to nearby tourist attractions and good food places from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay on the hotel.
this is an ideal place to stay, stayed here 10 years ago, they have now got some nice refurbished rooms, clean and ideal for stay with Kids. Nearby Halal Restaurant AliBaba was handy.

AAxellyOur stay at the Black Swan Hotel was truly amazing. Originally, we were booked at the Hana Lodge, but due to renovations, we were moved to their sister property in the heart of Rotorua. Despite the change, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service.
The room amenities were incredible. We had a free mini bar that was replenished daily, a large, comfortable bed, and breathtaking views of the lakes. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the staff members were incredibly helpful and courteous.
The breakfast served from 7 am was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rotorua.
GGuest UserThere is the main road running across the campsite. So we had to cross the road every time we wanted to access the facilities and amenities.
Nice view and beach access with river stream in the site. Good for morning walks. Facilities were clean and plentiful.
Camper sites were close to one another and are accessed only by a narrow road. It could pose a problem when more than 1 vehicle is moving in and out. To make situation worse, the waste dump point is along this road and vehicles need to wait for it to be vacant before accessing the other side.
__WeChat223983****In the trip to New Zealand that just ended, I had an extremely wonderful and unforgettable experience. From the carefully planned tour route, to the professional and responsible travel agency arrangements, to the wonderful explanations of the tour guides and the meticulous and careful service of the team leader Dai Jie, every link is perfect. The arrangement of the tour route is unique. Our itinerary covers many highlights of the North and South Islands of New Zealand, from the bustling city of Auckland on the North Island to the magical geothermal wonders of Rotorua; from the magnificent mountains and rivers of Queenstown on the South Island to the bright starry sky of Lake Tekapo. Whether it is natural scenery or cultural customs, we can enjoy them to our heart's content. The itinerary for each day is reasonable and compact, which will not make people feel hurried and tired, but also make full use of time and deeply experience the unique charm of each place. The travel agency's arrangements are very thoughtful. The accommodation options are even more intimate, from warm homestays to luxurious hotels, which can meet the needs of different tourists, and the superior geographical location makes it convenient for us to travel and rest. In terms of catering arrangements, not only can we taste the local specialties, but also fully consider the differences in tourists' tastes to ensure that everyone can eat to their satisfaction. The explanations by tour guide Jerry and team leader Dai Jie were a highlight of the trip. They are well-versed in New Zealand's history, culture, geography, etc. Every time they visit a scenic spot, they can give us a vivid, interesting and easy-to-understand explanation, which gives us a deeper understanding and knowledge of this beautiful country. Whether it is the mysterious legends of Maori culture or the ecological habits of the unique local animals and plants, they can all be told.
The team leader's attentive service makes people feel warm. From patient communication and careful preparation before the trip to the care and concern for every tourist during the trip, he always accompanies us with enthusiasm and professionalism. Jay can solve any problems quickly and effectively, so that our trip has no worries. The happiest thing is that the team leader's photography buff is full. Take beautiful pictures and videos for everyone throughout the journey. Finally, make a travel Vlog for everyone. Be sure to add chicken legs. This trip to New Zealand has become a precious and beautiful memory in my life because of the excellent travel route arrangement and thoughtful team leader service. Amway recommends the Antelope Tribe to friends who want to explore New Zealand. I believe they will definitely bring you an equally wonderful journey!
