The room was cleaned very well, the environment was very good, the front desk service attitude was very good, there was a man and a woman who could speak basic Chinese. The gym equipment was a little old but it did not affect basic exercise.

The location is very good, the hotel is located in the center of Hejing. The decoration is very new. The breakfast is delicious. The waiter is very enthusiastic. The overall experience is good. Worth staying next time.

The largest hotel in Thien Cam, in general, everything is okay. However, the following errors need to be fixed:
1. The printed breakfast voucher is until 9:30. However, when we got there at 8:30, there was no food left and no menu options. My family went on vacation, not to torture ourselves and have to wake up at 6:00 a.m. We suggest that the Vietnamese manager follow the same schedule as the previous foreign manager.
2. The reception hall should have the air conditioning turned on until 5:00 p.m. When you check in, you can easily get irritated when you step out of the car and the hot air makes you irritable.
