It was our Honeymoon travel We were so satisfied with this perfect hotel Room condition was so nice and beautiful Inside of hotel was like museum And every where in minerva was photo spot I really enjoyed breakfast also Every tour spot was nearby It was so good to hang out I definitely can say that this hotel Is the best in firenze italy

The hotel has an excellent location and the staff are excellent, but there is an unpleasant smell in the lobby that feels like a sewer. It needs to be looked into. Another point I hope to see addressed. I entered the hotel several times. The reception is empty at night. We hope to install security on the elevator to add safety. Thank you 👍🏼

1. The location is convenient, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center and the station. 2. Italians often have bad faces, but the employees here don’t. I feel that they are all happy and energetic, and the service is good. 3. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped, but please note that there are no slippers. 4. The street signs in the hotel are not clear enough. It is recommended that the street signs be improved to make them more considerate. 5. There is insufficient light in the room 6. The environment where breakfast is served is very unique, but there are not many food choices. Overall satisfied, this is a young and creative place in Italy, worth supporting!

Apart from the distance from Guihe Railway Station, there are no other problems. The breakfast is delicious, the garden is beautiful, the staff are polite, and there are free water and soda refills every day.

The hotel is perfect for stay in Florence, great location, located in city centre, just 5 mnt walk from train station. Within walking distance to the museums, Duomo, Palazzos and everything. Hotel is like brand new, room quite big, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very happy with our choices of the hotel

Hotel central location, breakfast is very good

We stayed at this place for the 2nd time (first time was right before the pandemic) and I should say that the hotel successfully keeps up to its standards. Rooms are clean and spacious, with almost everything you may need (except the iron). The SPA area is fine, but better go there around noon before the new wave of the guests arrives. Breakfasts are superb with a wide choice of hot dishes, pastry and drinks. That is really a great choice for Italy I'd say (sorry, Italy))) The hotel territory is well kept. The sandy beach is right across the road. The only minor thing which was a bit disturbing was the lack of toiletries. Nail kits, sewing kits and other things used to be available without any requests. Now you get the very basics and have to call if you need some extra. That's absolutely fine but.. feels like ”let's cut the cost” sign :) But anyway, I loved the stay and will def be back some time.

The hotel room is relatively large. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have an elevator to the underground garage. There is a Chinese supermarket near the hotel and the traffic is quite congested. There is a buffet.

Very beautiful. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Clean and hygienic. I will come again in the future. I want to stay for one more day, but the schedule is tight. It is a little far from the center, but the room is big! ! ! Parking is also convenient. We took a taxi to the city center for about 25 euros
